Sassy is amazing and simply a perfect puppy. :) Her personality is just like I imagined, without even being to meet her in person, till she arrived in Los Angeles. While she traveled a long way as 'life cargo': from Arkansas to Dallas, then Los Angeles, she arrived healthy and safe. Also, special thank you to the breeder! She did an amazing job raising the puppy. Sassy was well socialized and fully potty trained! She gets along really well with our two dogs. Sassy is exceptionally sweet and gentle. Anna

Everything about your company is excellent. The transaction and staff were great and explained all the paperwork. Only thing was they delivered the wrong dog and had to return to give us the right one. The only other thing I wasn't exactly happy was the condition of our dog when she arrived. She was really dirty and had a horrible odor. I understand traveling may have been a factor, but all in all we couldn't be happier with our new pup. Thank you Pat M.

She's a beautiful dog, The nanny that deliver the dog was amazing couple. but we were delivered an ill dog she has a severe respiratory infection we brought her to the doctors the next day 6/5 after we got her which was Friday the fourth, brought her to the doctor this morning, the vet said that the dog should be returned because it's so ill. We fell in love with her already so we're gonna try this antibiotic to see what happens I left a message for Pawrade today, I left a messages for the Breader this morning no one's getting back to me. So right now I don't know if I really should put any kind of a comment in a positive note since no one's returning my calls.

After almost getting scammed by another 'organization', I found Pawrade. They were kind, understanding, diligent, and their customer service was masterful! They found me the PERFECT puppy to be trained as a certified service dog, and he was delivered across the country in perfect health and very happy. Even the transport people were so obviously dog lovers that it filled my heart! Thank you, Pawrade!

Wasn't what I bought, was to be a Standard goldendoodle Not a standard doodle, small junior. 9 months the dog is 28 pounds.

Rhonda, please understand that a puppy is not fully grown at 9 months old. Your puppy will continue to grow until at least 2 years of age. While we can't guarantee the size of a puppy, the sire of your puppy was 68 pounds and the dam 43 pounds. We believe your puppy is right on track to fall in that range.

They went out of their way to make sure Gracie and I met up at Ronald Regan Airport. Pawrade followed up with me a couple days later to make sure everything was alright with my new puppy. Overall, the experience was good. However, I called 4x without a callback. We had a vet appointment within the 72 hrs, but it had to be rescheduled because the vets office had to quarantine due to Covid exposure. I wanted to ask permission to go 24 hrs beyond the requirements. I was not granted the extension and it took persistence on my part and the Breeder to get a response. Further , it is disappointing that Pawrades could not be more flexible. I was lucky to get an appt with the other vet. Regarding the pup,he is terrific and the Breeder Shelly was outstanding and supportive. Wilson is lying next to me sleeping right now.

I'll admit I was a very nervous about buying a dog online but the team at Pawrade were so incredibly helpful and thorough that it made the process so much easier. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. Our breeder was also willing to answer any questions and met us with a bag full of instructions, food, toys and other items to make the transition as easy as possible. We've only had our puppy for a little over 24 hours but can tell she was well taken care of and is already crate trained! I know she's going to be a wonderful addition to the family and I'm very glad we went with Pawrade to find just the right pet.

I am so in love with Dolly! She is the sweetest doggie on earth! Everyone where I live is in love with her too! They all come around for pets and kisses. She's very smart... learned to go up and down stairs after just one time. We are working on potty training. and she walks nicely on her leash. We're thrilled with our new pup, Willow. She's a doll and at 10 weeks is already lovingly outsmarting us. Even though she missed her connecting flight in Dallas and stayed overnight in a kennel, she arrived Wednesday in great shape and excited to meet us. She passed her local wellness exam with flying colors. Devlyn, Amanda and Renee we're all fabulous in working with us, dealing with our questions and getting back to us with the responses in rapid order. Michele, the breeder, was also very helpful and also comforting when we had to deal with Willow staying overnight in Dallas. We are starting a new phase of our life with our beautiful Willow and look forward to many wonderful years with her.

Pawrade did an incredible job making the purchase easy, through getting delivery of the puppy. Their instructions and follow up were impeccable. I also had a great experience with my breeder who drove the puppy 11 hours to my house rather then shipping him. I can't speak for other breeders, but I would recommend mine without question, along with Pawrade.

We had a great experience with Pawrade but an absolute nightmare with the transport company used to deliver our puppy. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences we have ever had. I think Pawrade needs to rethink its transport company.

I was very aprehensive of using an online service for a puppy. Had been scammed online before. This is not only far from a scam it is top notch white glove service. Immediate responses to all my questions. Great communication between the breeder, Pawrade and myself. No puppy mill guarantee. If I would have gotten a puppy from a local breeder it was a 1 year waitlist and no guarantee which dog I got. With Pawrade I browsed through the selection of dogs, asked the breeders questions about the dogs and picked the perfect dog for my family. I am in love after 1 day! Thanks Pawrade.
