What a wonderful experience we've had with Pawrade! The communication and customer support has been stellar. I was also VERY impressed with the delivery service to my front door of our new fur baby... I highly recommend Pawrade and will do business with them again in the future!

Your process was easy and simple. The delivery man simply adored her, and after a day of jet lag she was her bouncy self again. One suggestion: could you offer some puppies a little older? She can ‘t go out because she is not fully vaccinated, which makes housebreaking a bit of a challenge. The paperwork was a bit confusing because duplication of material meant I did not know whether I had omitted something.

Pawrade made this process so easy for me. After finding my girl, Daisy the rest was a breeze. Each person takes care of a specific process from the purchase of sale to the delivery of your new baby. I can’t say enough good things about Pawrade . For my next puppy I know where I’m going . Daisy may need a friend soon!

Quite expensive, more than I had planned on but very professional organization, with caring, attentive, responsive, available staff. I would use them again. The only problem I had was the airline. My husband was at the airport three times for hours waiting for the dog. Twice her plane arrived and she wasn’t on it. Nobody told us the first flight was delayed until an hour after the arrival time. The second time, her plane deplaned and she wasn’t on it so we gave up and a man from the airport called. He said that even though she had a two hour layover, she missed her connection. Still, her new flight was delayed. She finally got home at midnight. We were very stressed besides worrying that the dog had no food or water. I would have been relieved had I known she was traveling with food and water. But she’s fine and happy.

We absolutely are in love with our puppy we renamed, Norman! He is such a well fit for our family. He gets all the love and attention a pup could ask for. Pawrade was so easy to work with and whenever I messaged with a question the response time was fast.
Great experience with Pawrade. Picked out the puppy we wanted, Pawrade was very thorough and transparent and connected me with the breeder. Price was fair, service was exceptional and we have a great new little buddy. Five stars.

The puppy is wonderful but not sure I would recommend Pawrade. Once you commit and make a down payment it’s nearly impossible to get answers to pretty basic questions (an updated picture, crate training?, date of delivery, never told this breeder doesn’t work with flight nannies, problems with getting the same type of food the breeder feeds, etc.

Everything up until I received my puppy was 5 stars, great customer service and communication. My puppy was flying to me and I was told the wrong day and time that my puppy would arrive. He arrived 3 days early which would have been very exciting however he was at an airport that is 3 in a half hours away and the paperwork that the airport received about him did not have my phone number on it. The staff at the airport had to google my name and try to find my phone number that way. They got ahold of me but the airport was only open another hour. My puppy had to stay the night with one of the airport workers until I could get to the airport the next day to pick him up. Luckily everything worked out and he is healthy and doing great! For the price I paid this should have been a flawless process.

I had a 100% great experience using pawrade and would highly recommend to anyone. From the moment I found my furry friend they were by my side with a wealth of information. Upon my vet looking at Kolton’s vet records from pawrade the doctor said their breeders and vets did a wonderful job with the puppy’s health, vaccines, and records.

Benjamin now renamed Maximus is an energetic, playful puppy who is fearless. When we first got him, he had to warm up to us. Today Maximus is fun and loving and we couldn’t be more blessed to have him!

I was very nervous and skeptical of this process, and a first time puppy mommy. But the staff were really supportive and coordinated a call with the breeder that helped put me at ease. Our pup had been with us now for 5 days, his exam was all clear here (no health issues), and he is literally the best puppy! Seems to have been so well taken care of before he came to us at 3 months old. Again, this was a very scary decision to make, online and not meeting a pup or the breeder in person. But has turned out to be the best decision made! I’m very happy we took a chance and have the perfect pup

I was nervous finding a dog online but they made it easy to find the breed we wanted. It was important to us to find a dog that could handle our family (3 small kids). The night she came will be an everlasting memory! She fit right in! She has been so wonderful with our kids. So glad we went through Pawrade who made the process so easy and were also available to answer any questions we had!
