Quite expensive, more than I had planned on but very professional organization, with caring, attentive, responsive, available staff. I would use them again. The only problem I had was the airline. My husband was at the airport three times for hours waiting for the dog. Twice her plane arrived and she wasn’t on it. Nobody told us the first flight was delayed until an hour after the arrival time. The second time, her plane deplaned and she wasn’t on it so we gave up and a man from the airport called. He said that even though she had a two hour layover, she missed her connection. Still, her new flight was delayed. She finally got home at midnight. We were very stressed besides worrying that the dog had no food or water. I would have been relieved had I known she was traveling with food and water. But she’s fine and happy.

The puppy is wonderful but not sure I would recommend Pawrade. Once you commit and make a down payment it’s nearly impossible to get answers to pretty basic questions (an updated picture, crate training?, date of delivery, never told this breeder doesn’t work with flight nannies, problems with getting the same type of food the breeder feeds, etc.

Everything up until I received my puppy was 5 stars, great customer service and communication. My puppy was flying to me and I was told the wrong day and time that my puppy would arrive. He arrived 3 days early which would have been very exciting however he was at an airport that is 3 in a half hours away and the paperwork that the airport received about him did not have my phone number on it. The staff at the airport had to google my name and try to find my phone number that way. They got ahold of me but the airport was only open another hour. My puppy had to stay the night with one of the airport workers until I could get to the airport the next day to pick him up. Luckily everything worked out and he is healthy and doing great! For the price I paid this should have been a flawless process.

When I found Pawrade I was initially nervous to go through a website to find a puppy for my family. Very quickly the Pawrade team wiped away those worries with personal and timely contact through messages and phone calls.
