Abigail arrived at 5 AM this morning. Aaron and Karen did an excellent job at delivering our Abigail. It is now 10:00 AM here and Abigail acts like she's lived here all her life. Thanks very very very much. We were so excited we forgot to give Aaron and Karen a tip. Please tell me how I can get a payment to them.

Billing is deceptive with hidden fees and unasked for "extras". Communication between myself and breeder was not ideal. Would not recommend to anyone.

It was not great getting the dog in the middle of the night Breeder did not provide food for the dog Paperwork from the vet of the breeder was incorrect identifying the dog as female Other than the incorrect rabies certificate nothing was provide I had to follow up to obtain it The dog is great but under weight and skittish, more so than average Pawrade staff were helpful when following up Drivers did communicate I am waiting for an explanation on missing documents and food

Very positive experience. Was reluctant to purchase a dog online, but I am very pleased with how the process went. Great communication along the way. I was delivered a healthy dog when I was told he would arrive. I would highly recommend pawrade!

Would love to be provided the breeder's contact info once I've paid for the pet... Or perhaps, if you're hesitant to provide that direct info, then allow the breeder to respond to messages on the platform. Having that direct connection to the breeder would have gone a huge way towards reducing my stress vs having to go through Pawrade customer support.

My puppy's delivery date was changed from 8 weeks to a month later due to transportation issues, not health concerns. I was promised an F1BB standard goldendoodle but received an 8-week-old 5-pound F1B goldendoodle who has now grown to 16 pounds at 4 months. I feel misled and believe it's fraudulent. The delivery drivers wrongly claimed I hadn't paid the fee, didn't follow promised procedures, and the breeder informed me my puppy was an F1B, not F1BB. Dewclaws were supposed to be removed but weren't. I also received marketing emails before receiving my puppy. Be cautious when buying a puppy without meeting the breeder or puppy in person, as you might not get what you're promised.

Pawrade was wonderful! We had lots of questions and we always received a quick and personal response. Often times we spoke on the phone, and on other occasions by text. Communication was clear and all question answered in a timely manner. We did a Zoom call and met the breeder and saw the pups in action. We then flew to pick up the pups and the breeder met us at our hotel. We love our goldendoodle pups and could not be more positive about Pawrade. Thank you!

I must say I was a little apprehensive at first. But I must admit the process was definitely pretty smooth, and the concierge was there at every step of the way I would say to anybody interested in dealing with Paul read that definitely read the fine print and make sure you know what you're getting into a pretty detail oriented so I read everything carefully so I understood every part of the process. That made it super easy for me to be prepared and know what to expect. We've had our dog Charlie for just a couple days now and he is doing very well, and everybody loves him. We did his health assessment, and he came out to be overall pretty healthy a couple of common issues, but nothing too much to worry about so far I will definitely use this company going forward in the future just knowing that they are legit.

From the time we started talking to someone from Pawrade, it only took us about 2 weeks to get our furbaby from his breeder in Missouri to our home in Los Angeles! Pawrade made it really easy by communicating everything required of us, and their puppy transport team kept us updated on our pup's travel and ETA. I highly recommend Pawrade!
Great services, legit business. I got exactly what was advertised which was a beautiful goldendoodle. The only thing I didn't expect was the shipping style, made it seem the dog was gonna fly via airplane but instead it was a traveling service that came in a van all the way from Missouri to California, they took real good care of the pups though. I'm happy with my purchase! And stressed, because new puppies aren't easy to figure out and train for me. Thank you for your services!
Working with Pawrade was very smooth until the puppy came. The trip was way too long! I suggest you have a 2 state maximum distance for travel. Our puppy came stressed out, feeling sick, refusing to eat.She was totally overwhelmed being in a crate for 3days. I had offered to fly to come get her and buy her a ticket so she would be on plane. The breeder didn't want that. The breeder did not leave any instructions on her feed schedule amount. The doggy door potty training is just lazy and teaches dog to pee & poop on concrete, flooring etc. We have retrained her to pee on grass. I am still waiting for paypet to respond to me sending her proof she was seen by Vet. She did on first day because she was sick. We are experienced with dogs and had so much puppy information from our other breeder that we followed her instructions for this new puppy. Lois from pawrade was wonderful and help us get puppy eating again. She is doing great now.

I enjoyed doing business via Pawrade. They were very attentive and walked me through the process every step of the way. If I had any questions, I had my designated point of contact via phone call, text, and message center, who would reply promptly to give me that piece of mind. My puppy arrived happy and healthy which made the whole transaction that much better. I highly recommend doing business with.
