We love Louie so much! The process is seamless. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to everyone I know. The staff was awesome and the Wags on Wheels transportation staff was awesome. They even give updates with GPS location throughout their journey to Louie's new home.

When I found Pawrade I was initially nervous to go through a website to find a puppy for my family. Very quickly the Pawrade team wiped away those worries with personal and timely contact through messages and phone calls. They responded to my questions very quickly and supported us in the process every step of the way. Our puppy came to our home and immediately fit in and settled in with our family without any adjustment period which was such a pleasant surprise to us. We are thankful to the Pawrade team, our breeder and our transport team who had all helped make sure our new family member was well taken care of, healthy, well adjusted and happy from day 1. I couldn't recommend this process enough to anyone looking to add a fur baby to their family.

The travel could have been a little more clear, but I could have inquired more instead of making assumptions. Overall, it was a good experience and we are truly happy with our new puppy. The purchase process was a 10 out of 10. Would I do it again? 110% I would and couldn't ask for a better dog!

Service was nice I appreciated having a point of contact while I was waiting for Maxwells arrival. Suggestion, please be more mindful of timeframes when advising pets day for departure. I was told he would be on his way to me on June 1st which turned out that wasn’t the case. I had already took vacation time so that I could bond with him and he didn’t leave for a whole week later. Other than that my experience was a pleasant one. Thank you

Great, great, great!!!!! Dealt with multiple agents/associates throughout the process (4 weeks total from the day we found our puppy to delivery date) and everyone was extremely polite, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you Pawrade for helping get our beautiful Goldendoodle puppy!

Generally a good service. Quick and friendly responses and answers to questions. Room for improvement would be to explain the processes more fully and manage initial expectations. For example, knowing that I would have to wait over a week for the setup and delivery, it would have made me rethink just going to get her. And the 3rd party delivery service was GREAT, but again, knowing their process would have made me a lot less irritating as a customer who would have to ask a hundred questions because I just didn't know what they were doing. Maybe a pamphlet or something? The health guarantee coverage is exactly the opposite of what is listed on the description. The free first 30 days only covers illness and injury, not wellness. The first well visits with vaccines are NOT covered. You will have to pay for MetLife in order to get the “free” illness and injury coverage anyway, so that doesn't make much sense.

Pawrade has been great to work with in the process of getting our new Goldendoodle puppy. From our first inquiry to the arrival of Mindy, communications has been great and helpful. All our questions were answered and all 3 of the team members have been wonderful. One of the team members even informed us that she would be not working during the weekend, but she would still monitor our file. The travel team member was extremely helpful in arranging the flight details for the shipment... Also have to say that Alaskan Airlines air cargo has been very good with communications and updates on the flight. Thanks, Paw-rade!
