Extremely disappointed. Dog is Extremely undersized and not as described. I conveyed my displeasure both via email.and phone call. Was promised a supervisor would call. Never got a call. The description says the dog will be big..He arrived at 13lbs and should be ateast 22lbs at this age. The vet wasn't even sure he was a dane. No one addressed the deceptive ad for the dog. We love him and he's now part of the family, but we were deceived and abandoned by paw rade..

I was incredibly skeptical of this site. I had just got scammed from a different site but after reading ALL the reviews and doing research, I went with this company. Last night at 11 pm my sweet Great Dane boy, Halo (was Emerald on the listing which is still there if you want to see how PERFECT he is) was DELIVERED to my house. He took about 2 days to get to me. The company, the breeder, and the driver kept me updated from the moment I purchased him to the moment he arrived at my door. He's super cute and snuggly. I am so happy. If you are looking at these puppies and thinking what I thought 1. Is this real ? 2. Is the price worth it? Yes. Yes it is. Halo is a BEAUTIFUL dog and I would do this again. Thank you Pawrade💙
Overall a pretty smooth process. Most of the team provided fast and efficient responses and were very friendly and informative. However, I was picking up the puppy myself and needed to book a hotel and no one wanted to give me the exact address so I could ensure I was picking a hotel as close as possible as well as make sure I could get a hotel without waiting until the last minute. They did not want to give it to me until 2 days before pick up which is not sufficient to ensure you have a hotel to book. I had to email several times asking before I finally got the information so I could relax that I had a place to stay over night.

This was so easy and so enjoyable!
Most importantly, I went through Pawrade to purchase my Great Dane puppy, Agador Spartacus previously known as Sasha and Sapphire and she is the most perfect puppy for me. My experience was not perfect and there were some challenges but rest assured that you were not scammed and like the rest of the world right now there are staffing challenges and high demand so just be patient and prepare for your new puppy :) my puppy is healthy and sweet and well socialized. I was connected with the breeder once the sale was concluding and the breeder is so amazing and helpful. I could not be happier with my decision.
Hello. I located Pawrade while searching for a great dane puppy. When I selected Ruby, there were contact numbers and such and Jennifer reached back out to me quickly. She was very helpful and we spoke on the phone. She guided me through the paypet portion and I felt very secure sending the money to you that way. A receipt and contract doc were provided to me immediately. After that, Lara contacted me and then Shannon. Very helpful, ladies! I can't tell you how helpful and reassuring you all are. I fell for a scam prior to dealing with you great folks, and this was a great experience. I couldn't be happier with my new puppy. I will continue to tell others about your above and beyond service. Everything went great from when I decided on what puppy I pick, (Great Dane I name Maximus) everything was done perfectly all the way to Maximus was delivered to me.. The puppy transport was excellent and update me on there location and how my puppy was doing.. I would highly recommend to anybody ready to get a new puppy

It has ben a great pleasure dealing with the Pawrade team. I had a couple of bad experiences with other sites that turned into scams So great to deal with all of you who are so responsive to my every call and question! Dusty got here last night and he is a happy, frisky pup T You would never know his whole world has changed I just a few days. It is like he was born here. Now on to training! Thank you all!!!!

You have a great website and service. Two areas of feedback: 1) payment in full is hard on more expensive pups, and some banks don't let you put more than $2k per day on a debit card. I would recommend you allow deposits, AND bring in a partner for payment options. Such as Affirm. 2) your staff is inconsistent with rules and details. I was told by one women that should would not give me the breeders info to protect their privacy. But I was doing local pickup, so the transportation team provided all the info I needed. Just extra work on my end to be talking to people saying no, and other saying yes. Thanks! -Ryan
Everything about this experience has been awesome! Knowing you're adopting a puppy that comes from a legit caring breeder is priceless. After being scammed trying to adopt previously, I was a little hesitant. But everyone at Pawrade was very helpful & kind. They were there every step of the way, & answered any & all questions I had. Thank you for making this such an amazing experience!
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE~!The driver went through horrible storms and called us to let us know that he would be late but was coming,he got to our home at 3am..now that is going the extra mile..AS for our wonderful puppy we love him..he is so beautiful and loving!THANKS I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY..

The service I redo made getting my puppy such a wonderful experience Sara and Tina were so kind and understanding. They addressed my concerns promptly and were patient with explaining the process to me. The breeder was kind and Videochatted with me to show my the puppy interacting which was calming. So happy that we were able to get our baby today. Some hiccups with the travel arrangements but he arrived healthy and happy this morning. We can not wait to see him grow, Nash (formally Carbon) has made a wonderful addition to our family!! Would recommend pawrade to friends and family and would use them again in the future!!
