Sophia is more than what we expected in a good way. Our Sterling, which we also got from Pawrade and delivered by Wags on Wheels, has not taken to her yet but he will in time. Her first day she was tired from her journey but by that night she started feeling much better. She is lovable and super sweet. We could not be happier. We take her to her vet appointment tomorrow and hopefully everything checks out perfectly. We is a great addition to our family. Much love. The Miller’s

I was in constant contact with a representative from Pawrade, informing me of my dog’s status. My puppy was happily and safely transported to my house. A great experience! So thankful to Pawrade!

We had an amazing experience bringing Frigg (formerly Ivana) home. Tara was wonderful answering all of my questions and helping make sure she was the right fit for our family. We were specifically looking for a small companion dog with a calm, confident temperament who could fit into a busy life with travel, family, and our large dog Odin. Frigg arrived exactly as described — sweet, easy-going, affectionate, and people-oriented. She settled in incredibly quickly, accepted grooming and handling, went for walks, and even met her 90 lb Doberman brother with confidence. The ground transport process was smooth, and she arrived happy and healthy. We couldn’t be happier with our little Queen of Asgard. ❤️

The dog I received is AWESOME!! He trained to were pad day ONE!! He plays with the other Havanese we have nonstop!! He is sweet, gentle & fearless. I can’t believe how awesome this puppy is coming changed his name from Felix to ELVIS. I couldn’t be happier. The delivery team was great too 🙌

I’m with such joy with Enzo. Did not realize he was going to be traveling for two days. Nevertheless, he has taken to his night time crate very well. I think it is also one of the reasons, being with the long travel. Trying to get potty training, still a work in progress.

He was our first pup in 30 years and Pawrade was there for us every step of the way with information about how to take care of a new puppy! Just receive my puppy Hector today he arrived on time and it didn't take him long to adapt to the house. And working with a concierge on the purchase everybody seem to be on the same page and communication always seem to be right there if you needed it overall so far it was an excellent experience thanks all involved.

I'm very happy with Lucy and the service from Pawrade. I think the breeder/owner could have freshened her up a bit before she was picked up for delivery. Her hair is overgrown the bottom of her paws and her butt hair I had to cut already. I couldn't pick her up myself so she was delivered to me. Long ride for a little girl. She was picked up on Friday, April 26th but I didn't receive her until 10:40 p.m. on Sunday. With the cost of that it was a bit disappointing. They were very nice and took good care of her it appeared.

I am so happy with my little havanese pup! He got to me safe and sound by a very caring and experienced ground transporter who kept me very well updated during the 2 day and night trip! Kaleb now Charlie came to us in great condition. It was a smooth transition I was able to track on line where he was at all times the guys from wags on wheels were fantastic as were the puppy concierge Tony and Lois. 5 stars to all 🥰

Pawrade did an extremely professional job in providing information and making arrangements to send Kurtis home. Kurtis was trained to go outside for potty. He is doing a great job. He is very sweet and calm. Instant love. The people who delivered did a fabulous job caring for him.
