Just receive my puppy Hector today he arrived on time and it didn't take him long to adapt to the house. And working with a concierge on the purchase everybody seem to be on the same page and communication always seem to be right there if you needed it overall so far it was an excellent experience thanks all involved.
I'm very happy with Lucy and the service from Pawrade. I think the breeder/owner could have freshened her up a bit before she was picked up for delivery. Her hair is overgrown the bottom of her paws and her butt hair I had to cut already. I couldn't pick her up myself so she was delivered to me. Long ride for a little girl. She was picked up on Friday, April 26th but I didn't receive her until 10:40 p.m. on Sunday. With the cost of that it was a bit disappointing. They were very nice and took good care of her it appeared.
I am so happy with my little havanese pup! He got to me safe and sound by a very caring and experienced ground transporter who kept me very well updated during the 2 day and night trip! The pup is all I'd imagine he would be, and more! Thanks Pawrade for keeping me well informed. Thank you to Puzzle Piece Carriers and Christien for doing such a great job!

Kaleb now Charlie came to us in great condition. It was a smooth transition I was able to track on line where he was at all times the guys from wags on wheels were fantastic as were the puppy concierge Tony and Lois. 5 stars to all 🥰

Pawrade did an extremely professional job in providing information and making arrangements to send Kurtis home. Kurtis was trained to go outside for potty. He is doing a great job. He is very sweet and calm. Instant love. The people who delivered did a fabulous job caring for him.

Everything was such a smooth process. Everyone in contact with me answered my questions and kept me up to date on him. This is our first puppy and every moment was exciting! Pick up was easy as well. Hes such a good boy and we are so happy to have him apart of our family. I would definitely recommend this company!

My first time using Pawrade. I was very skeptical trying to find a quality dog who is healthy. Pawrade came through - they take you by the hand from search to purchase to delivery. I would use them again!

Adopting through Pawrade was one of the best decisions I’ve made. They are very knowledgeably and extremely helpful. My new puppy is an absolute delight! The breeder was incredibly easy to work with and they gave my puppy the best start possible.

We love our little Havanese puppy so much. What a good experience from the first time we saw her on the Pawrade website and decided she was the love of our lives <3 - to the moment we met her and she made us feel like we were the love of her life <3 She is a happy, super smart, exuberant, and very affectionate little girl. She is in perfect condition and received an A+ from our veterinarian. You can tell her sweet personality and how well adjusted she is already that she was well taken care of. A big thank you to her fur mom and her first human family for giving us such a blessing!
