Everything was such a smooth process. Everyone in contact with me answered my questions and kept me up to date on him. This is our first puppy and every moment was exciting! Pick up was easy as well. Hes such a good boy and we are so happy to have him apart of our family. I would definitely recommend this company!

Wonderful experience!
Bets transaction. Puppy as described and in Pawrade video. Transportation service was second to none. This is where puppies come from!
I have to say, my experience with Pawrade was excellent. They are very organized and easy to get a hold of an actual person. We now have our new baby and she is doing well. Thank You Pawrade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a little nervous at first using Pawrade instead of working directly with the breeder. All the girls I spoke with eased my fears. They were very knowledgeable and helped me through the process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a their forever furry friend.

My first time using Pawrade. I was very skeptical trying to find a quality dog who is healthy. Pawrade came through - they take you by the hand from search to purchase to delivery. I would use them again!

Adopting through Pawrade was one of the best decisions I’ve made. They are very knowledgeably and extremely helpful. My new puppy is an absolute delight! The breeder was incredibly easy to work with and they gave my puppy the best start possible.

We love our little Havanese puppy so much. What a good experience from the first time we saw her on the Pawrade website and decided she was the love of our lives <3 - to the moment we met her and she made us feel like we were the love of her life <3 She is a happy, super smart, exuberant, and very affectionate little girl. She is in perfect condition and received an A+ from our veterinarian. You can tell her sweet personality and how well adjusted she is already that she was well taken care of. A big thank you to her fur mom and her first human family for giving us such a blessing!
Excellent process from beginning to end. Our new puppy has arrived and I couldn’t be more pleased. It is very obvious that our puppy had been well cared for and nicely socialized. I was step by step given all the information I needed and there was always someone available to answer my questions.
The process was easy and the choice of pups was large, makes you want to take them all. All arrangements worked smoothly. Every happy with this service.
Thank you Pawrade! I was a little sceptical based on some of the reviews I read regarding the delivery process, health of the puppy, and cleanliness. To my surprise, my puppy was perfectly clean, and frisky and happy. He goes to the vet tomorrrow for his wellness checkup and I do not see any problems. He is so happy, smart, frisky, and most important, loveable. And he's already learning commands!!!
The process was smooth and picking her up went well.

Communication with Pawrade could stand to be improved. It was difficult, at times, to get through to someone on the phone and, when I left a message to get a call back, most of the time no one called me back. Otherwise, my experience with Pawrade was positive.
