Was very skeptical about the entire process, relying on a team of people to get my pup to me, but I was quite pleased at how easy it was. My little one is such a bundle of joy, and we're a happy family!

We received our puppy this week. Pawrade was wonderful! I would've given 5 stars, but our vet found that she has a fairly significant overbite that will likely require surgery. This is very disappointing to us, as we felt assured that we were receiving a completely healthy puppy. Our breeder was very hard to deal with & did not communicate well with us. It was like pulling teeth to get any information regarding the transport of our puppy. We didn't know anything until the day before we ended up getting her. All that being said, anyone I dealt with from Pawrade was amazing and did everything they could to help me get info from the breeder.

We are delighted with Sawyer (now Harold)! He is brings a lot of joy to our life and looks like he was very well taken care of! Harold was delivered right to our house, which was great! He even came with a bag that included a blanket, collar, leash, food, and a few toys! Overall it was a very good experience! I took off one star because it is nearly impossible to get Harold to the vet within 72 hours during covid. I called four different vets and none of them are accepting new puppies until January. The delivery also made us a bit nervous. Harold was supposed to arrive at 2:30pm and did not arrive until around 6:30pm. This in itself did not bother us, however, there was very little communication about the delays. For a while, we thought we had been scammed.
Very happy with our new puppy Levi. I would say the only thing that would be better if Pawrade coordinator to contact interested customers by phone for a more personal experience.

My puppy is great, but the process was often not what I had hoped. I did not receive pictures or videos when requested and the delivery time was changed so I had to pay an additional $350 in order to get my puppy when expected. This is not a scam but I have to admit that some of the delays and changes made me concerned during the process.

I highly recommend PawRade, in particular with Tanya, my conceirge....I had dealings with other pet finder searches, including rescues, shelters, etc., and one in particular was unethical and cost us $350, others were not very hands on and responsive like PawRade.
