The concierge helped me through every step of the way. The amount of forms was a bit overwhelming, but I guess necessary. Our puppy arrived healthy and sweet as can be.
What an amazing experience with pawrade. I am a first time puppy owner And I cannot express how comforting it was to know all the attention to details and the communication was amazing. My puppy was deliver safely and happy. Highly recommend pawrade.

Im surprised how easy this process was, i expected to be bombarded with papers to sign and instructions to follow before i could meet my pup. However i was able to hold her as soon as i saw her, got my picture taken with her signed one paper and presented identification. Im also super satisfied with the amount of updates I got while the pup was on the way, it was very reassuring that this is a safe website to be able to adopt.

This company is legit!!! Our daughter’s precious dog was brutally killed by 3 other large dogs, he was only 7 pounds. We found Pawrade online and were skeptical. I was so worried about it being too good to be true, but I’m so glad we continued with this process. This company was nothing but phenomenal during this process. I asked for a FaceTime video so we could see the puppy my daughter picked and they did, we asked for several pictures throughout the process and they did. They reassured me at every turn and I couldn’t be more impressed with this company! If you are on the fence, please trust this company and you will be so happy!!! Thank you to Pawrade for helping get our daughter’s smile back!!!!
Very disappointed with this service - or lack thereof!! The buying part was flawless!! The customer service was awesome! That's where it ended! After receiving this sweet boy, I firmly believe that this was if not a puppy mill situation, pretty darn close! We took him to his vet and she told us that she was a little concerned that the breeder vaccinated him every two weeks! That's not what is required - and potentially could have injured him. Also found out that he has an ear infection (which should have been treated by the breeder as I've only had him six days). The vet also said that he had a little patellar luxation which was not disclosed from the "vet" that he saw before travel. Also he has some type of infection from "being around other dogs" - so now he's on 2 types of antibiotics and Otomax which can cause deafness!! I would NEVER purchase another puppy from these people - but in particular the breeder who I purchased this little guy from.
Pawrade was very patient with us as it took some time for us to choose our new baby! All of our expectations were met without any pressure! We will definitely use them again if we decide to get another puppy! My husband and I highly recommend them!

Everyone was very pleasant and attentive. Response times were great. A lot of the paperwork was quite involved with multiple entities coordinating. A bit tough to navigate. Overall very satisfied.
The entire process was great. There were many concierges who helped me through each step. The puppy was driven from Missouri to my home in WV and arrived on time and was freshly bathed and dried. The breeder did an outstanding job in raising this tiny four month old puppy! Great socialization skills. My puppy is calm, yet playful. So far, I’m very pleased!

Working with Pawrade was such a great experience. I was nervous buying a puppy online and so I asked to speak with the breeder on the phone and Holly from Pawrade quickly set up a conference call. I was able to ask questions and they were all answered. I requested some videos of the puppy and the vet documents. Those were all quickly provided after the call. I was put at ease and felt comfortable moving forward purchasing our sweet pup. Communication thereafter was consistent and I knew exactly what to expect. The drivers took great care of our pup and he was delivered healthy and happy! Our puppy is perfect and quickly acclimated to our home and family! Truly thankful for everyone at Pawrade!

Just the best experience ever..from start to finish…I cannot tell you how much we appreciate everything you did. Our little girl, Quincy ( aka Helena) is just the most precious little Havapoo ever. We are thrilled to have her forever. She is adjusting well, already being spoilt as she is being held all the time! The delivery people..two delightful men, need an applause too. Very professional, organized, and delightful…they had Quincy on the passenger’ seat, just waiting to give her to us.. and she was so clean too after such a long trip. So, 100% to both of them..Wags on Wheel? One was Zane, I don't remember the other one’s name.. Your company is just the best..such a happy experience and we were kept abreast of everything as we were waiting for her. You all get an applause too👏👏👏👏👏 Many thanks for such an amazing experience and such a little treasure you have given us! Jeanie Willis

Found our new family furry member on Pawrade and it was an outstanding experience from the beginning. They worked with us on delivering our new puppy on our time schedule as we were out of town when we purchased her. I'm so happy I went thru Pawrade. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! My new baby is named Kacie. She is wonderful and everyone loves her!
