I had a great experience with Pawrade and we are so happy with our Havapoo puppies. Pawrade was able to help us negotiate with the breeder to keep our babies for a few extra weeks beyond their "ready date" due to extensive work travel, and everything worked out great. It will be some time before I'm ready for another dog as these two already have me running in circles, but I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Pawrade again.

I could not be any more happier with my new sweet fur baby! Pawrade did a wonderful job keeping me updated with each step of the process of getting my sweet havapoo, Oliver. The support staff were easy to reach and communicate with if I had any questions. I am so excited that my new fur baby is finally here with me, and he’s so precious!!

Everyone here is so in love!! I’ve named him Bentley. And he’s such a fast learner. I am totally in love and my grandson want to be here ever minute they can to play and love him❤️ His checkup with the vets is tomorrow morning! Thank you so much for this beautiful little angel 🐕

Staff was very helpful in helping me thru process especially. Donna The travel arrangement person was hard to reach. No dog food arrived with dog so had to run and buy some. People who brought him were very helpful as well. All in all very happy with Pawrade

My wife fell in love with a puppy she saw on Pawrade. She went back checking week after week until she convinced me to "bite the bullet" as she would say. We made the phone call and started the painless process of purchasing our new fur baby Mia. Everyone we spoke with were so helpful. Our Mia is now safely in her forever home thanks to Pawrade.

We love our new puppy (Hester); we named her Mollie. She arrived via transport in a timely manner. She is just adorable. She is active and loves everyone. She has shown no evidence of any illness. We just got back from our wellness exam at our veternarian. I called the breeder and thanked him for such a lovely puppy. We will give her a stress free loving home. Your organization is to be congratulated on a superb job in getting our puppy to us. We will give you a 10 out of 10 on your job.

Our new baby girl is cuteness beyond words! She ran right into my arms for her welcome. She's frisky and playful, loving and cuddly. She has settled right in and we're so excited to have had a good experience with Pawrade. Thank you for everything!
I had an excellent experience with Pawrade. The customer service agents were very quick to respond to questions. The texting through Pawrade worked well! I was able to receive pics and videos of my puppy and get information from the breeder. All my questions were answered by the agents. The puppy was just as they said he would be and seemed to be well taken care of. The breeder sent many things with the pup to ease his transition. All in all it was a very smooth experience from start to finish.
Everything was terrific! Loved working with Kathleen. Breeder was so helpful, too! McCoy is now Toby. Just back from visit to Vet. He has a little eye discharge that they and we are now treating, so all is good!Thank you so very much!

Overall the process went well. Sometimes big delays in response so I called instead to ask my questions. So far all is good with my new dog Nutmeg (aka Jersey).
