All the adoption process was great and i fel supported through out. All the agents were supper responding and aswer all my questions. The only thing is that New York does not qualify for the Insurance. But apart from that everything was great! I would highly recomend it.

I feel like communication could have been better and having calls returned definitely could have been better. Buying a puppy comes with a lot to do, I had a few questions while waiting for transport date that my calls were never returned. The transport company they use was absolutely amazing. They were in contact as much as they could and gave an accurate ETA for the puppy.

Only one bump in the whole process and was my fault. I absolutely love this little bundle of joy, she is settled in and loves us as much as we love her so all is well. Thanks so much for putting up with me.
The process was quite involved and quite a bit of paperwork to take in. We have had Flynn for 1 day and he is delightful. The breeder was very helpful and he has been for his vet check. All checked out ok. I would definately recommend Pawrade to help find a new puppy. Sandy and Roger

The Pawrade Team was great and we are so thankful to have our gorgeous, wonderful, sweet Jubilee (havapoo), home. Our puppy is healthy, happy, sweet, and well-socialized. I could tell and even the vet commented that she must have been in a very loving environment with lots of interaction with people before she came.

Pawrade was able to help us negotiate with the breeder to keep our babies for a few extra weeks beyond their "ready date" due to extensive work travel, and everything worked out great. It will be some time before I'm ready for another dog as these two already have me running in circles, but I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Pawrade again.
