Staff was very helpful in helping me thru process especially. Donna The travel arrangement person was hard to reach. No dog food arrived with dog so had to run and buy some. People who brought him were very helpful as well. All in all very happy with Pawrade

My wife fell in love with a puppy she saw on Pawrade. She went back checking week after week until she convinced me to "bite the bullet" as she would say. We love our new puppy (Hester); we named her Mollie. She arrived via transport in a timely manner. She is just adorable. She is active and loves everyone. She has shown no evidence of any illness. We just got back from our wellness exam at our veternarian. I called the breeder and thanked him for such a lovely puppy. We will give her a stress free loving home. I adore this puppy. He is smart, funny and beautiful. Unfortunately, his first vet visit determined he has a tape worm and parasites. Trying to connect with petmed for reimbursement. I also was not happy with the late hour of his delivery.

The puppy arrived and was infested with lice and worms was filthy and smelled like dirty carpet (please note that per our vet the puppy has had lice for weeks due to the amount and stage ) we received a 'clean bill of health' from the breeder's 'vet' a few days before arrival. It is apparent that the puppy was living in terrible environment prior to arriving and for this reason I would not recommend pawrade as it feels the breeder is not reputable. We have spent a large amount of additional $ to get puppy back to health. It feels like the puppy came from a puppy mill.
