Pawrade allowed me to find my best friend and we have been inseparable ever since. She is thee cutest little baby I've ever seen and is smart and healthy. My husband thinks I'm crazy because I bought a doggie stroller but I disagree. Thanks Pawrade!!!

I adore this puppy. He is smart, funny and beautiful. Unfortunately, his first vet visit determined he has a tape worm and parasites. Trying to connect with petmed for reimbursement. I also was not happy with the late hour of his delivery.

The puppy arrived and was infested with lice and worms was filthy and smelled like dirty carpet (please note that per our vet the puppy has had lice for weeks due to the amount and stage ) we received a 'clean bill of health' from the breeder's 'vet' a few days before arrival. It is apparent that the puppy was living in terrible environment prior to arriving and for this reason I would not recommend pawrade as it feels the breeder is not reputable. We have spent a large amount of additional $ to get puppy back to health. It feels like the puppy came from a puppy mill.

Highly recommend pawrade puppies. I got my puppy and she's precious. My only thing is had the puppy delivered by drivers since I'm in another state, and though the guys busted their bums to get her here they texted me at 11pm after I was asleep and showed up at 2am. They were delivering like 12 other puppies all over but I wish I had more of a heads up. I was told 2-4 business days from when they pick her up to when she gets dropped off so I wasn't expecting then late at night. None the less I'm still happy. And am so thankful for the hard working people involved

Everything was great! The two gentlemen transporters were excellent and very friendly and professional! They were very caring with our pup! We named her Coco she is perfect and went to our vet Saturday hand he said she is great! Thank you all for so much you are a great company! Do you know if the microchip is in our name? If you have a phone number I will call!

A smooth delivery of the puppy (Gucci) to LAX from Indiana. Lovely fellow, Douglas, said he's a great traveller and a total sweeheart. So far, very good.
WAS IMPRESSED WITH HOW SEAMLESS THIS PROCESS WAS TO GET OUR ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE & FUNNY & SMART HAVAPOO LIAM "BAJA BOY" DAVIES. THE EMPLOYEES I DEALT WITH WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & PROFESSIONAL (EDDIE, AMBER, CARLI & DELIVERY PERSON). THANKS TO ALL.
Everyone at Pawrade was extremely professional and thorough. From the moment we initially contacted them until our precious pup was delivered, we knew exactly what was happening. Payment process was quick and simple, and getting pet insurance was just as quick. We used their transport service and the driver kept us up to date on ETA. Definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future!

They helped me through the process. I called and they responded. All my questions were answered and I probably called a little more than I should. I'm so thankful for their caring and time. The process of selecting and purchasing the puppy was perfect. The little guy is perfect and precious. The process fell apart at the delivery stage. Morgan Elliot failed to deliver by air in her first two attempts. She then advised that I could go to ground delivery and receive a refund in the difference in cost. I have not received that refund in more than a week and have not received an acknowledgement that it would be forthcoming. Wags on Wheels ground delivery was excellent. Pawrade was overall a good experience. I believe that avoiding Morgan would be prudent.

We were very impressed with the entire Pawrade process. Our new little bundle of fluff is the sweetest and was very well socialized prior to bringing her into our home. We were skeptical about not working directly with a breeder in the beginning but found this to be as smooth of a process as possible.

We're so happy with our fur baby.
We just got our puppy on Saturday. I had a great experience with Pawrade. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process - each agent was readily available and walked me through every step. They were not pushy at all when we were deciding whether to move forward but instead gave us the space to figure out what was right for our family. There was a different agent to help us through each part of the process and all of them were great. Only comment there is it would have been nice to know at each transition point that a different agent would be working with us, but that's pretty minor. Like I said, all were super helpful and patient. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because our puppy's paperwork was left at the kennel rather than being sent with him, but I was notified right away while our puppy was en route to us. We used pampered delivery which is a fantastic option if you can't travel to pick up the dog and don't want the dog to fly or pay for nanny service.

This place was so great to get a puppy from. I love my puppy and she's so sweet!!! The process was real smooth and easy, but most of all their was a finance option which was really helpful to me. If I'd have to add anything, there were times I called and couldn't get anyone but I did receive a call back after leaving a message. If you're looking for a puppy this is the place to look!
