Buddy is an awesome puppy. I'm so happy to have him. He has a great demeanor. The rate charged for delivery is excessive; especially since there was a 3 week delay, initially, for delivery even though he was available. If the logistics and communication were planned better, after the purchase, I would rate 5 stars.

From start to finish, our adoptoin of our sweet little doodle was easy and painless. Shes a goofy , sweet and adorable little gal. Communication with everyone was prompt and detailed. Other than having to drive into Logan at 8:30 on a Monday night to pick her up, when I had requested she be flown to a closer airport, the experience was positive in all regards.

Pawrade was good it was all pretty easy. Devlyn was great very caring and always listened to my concerns. Thank you Devlyn for getting me through the stress of my sweet boys travel to me.

With my experience, I wouldn't get another puppy from pawrade. It was stressful and they continuously gave me the run around on when my puppy would be ready for pick up. One person said she was ready and I booked a flight to go get her and then they called at the last minute and said she wasn't ready and I had to change everything. Then they tried to do it again a few days before I was supposed to fly out and after arguing with them finally agreed it was ok to fly out and pick her up. As for the breeder, they were very professional and made it really easy once I was there to pick her up.

I was very hesitant at first because there are so many scam regarding buying pets online. But for the start they lived up to everything they say they will day and more. Morgan Elliott, our Customer Service Liaison was great and walked me through everything. GREAT experience hand down. We love our new pup!!

The team at Pawrade were great to work with. I received all the information I needed timely. The Transaction was easy and the fact that I was sent a receipt is great. Shout out to Devlyn and Morgan for making the process easy and friendly. The breeder was a nice lady and you could really tell her love of these pups and their parents. She had all of the information we needed in a packet ready to go when i picked up my pup. Pawrade did a good job vetting out the breeder for us and would recommend to a friend.
The team was really helpful and attentive, our experience was wonderful and we are IN LOVE with our new family member. A million thanks!!!
I can't lie, it's a little nerve wracking working with so many moving parts to get a sweet pet across many states. Our puppy literally came across America! He's only been with us four days on the day this post is written, but we couldn't be happier! He's eating, pottying outside and has a new kitten fir a Bro! From the first conversation, to the day we met our sweet little guy in the airport, pawrade and it's entire staff was professional, and eager to help our many questions and concerns to receiving a healthy, unstressed addition to our family. We even spoke and FaceTimed with our pup and Breeder several days before heading our way! They offered many tips and tricks to help our pup ease into the transition. The Breeder went over and beyond to accommodate us. She even mailed us a blanket with Mom's scent on it.
It was a very smooth transaction from start to finish. Everyone was very accommodating and prompt with everything. I cannot express how thankful we are to have found Mackley! He's filled a void that we had and we look forward to a long loving life with our newest family member!!
Pawrade is awesome and has kind courteous customer service. All went smooth and as planned and our little Magnolia is just perfect! I have already recommended Pawrade to several friends, family, and co-workers.
Pawrade is a wonderful service. I just picked up my beautiful labradoodle puppy and can tell that she came from a wonderful breeder. She's absolutely perfect. I appreciate Pawrade's support with connecting breeders with fur moms/ dads, and arranging travel between us. I could only give 4 stars as Pawrade's customer service department advised that I would receive a phone call to answer all my questions 24-48 hours before delivery of my puppy. I never received that call.
Great company and experience. Puppy is doing great and you must be a little patient with ground transport.

My experience with choosing my new puppy friend was seamless from start to finish. Communication for the most part was exceptional. Renee, the travel concierge stepped in as our flight companion to help get him from the breeder to my home when previous plans fell through. She was awesome with making sure he was comfortable during his long flight to the east coast. Even freshened him up and had him smelling lavender fresh when he arrived.

Because my home has Parvo (not a puppy from Pawrade), the pup has gone to live with my daughter for the next two months in VT. She's delighted. The man who brought him from Boston to her home was terrific, even sent a photo en route. Pup was definitely NOT tired when he arrived at Anne's. Ask her but I don't believe there have been any problems with Pawrade.

We had the best experience with Pawrade in finding and bringing our puppy to her forever home. The staff was very friendly and dedicated to making sure this was a smooth transition. From start to finish, the decision, purchase, and transportation process to bring our pup home was nothing short of professional and informative! Peter the salesman was spectacular he guided me through the whole thing from start to finish he always return my text messages the only disappointment I will heard about pawrade was when I had got an email from my travel plan to pick the puppy up at the airport they never told me it was the cargo terminal they told me it was in the airport it took a little longer to get him but we still got him and he's a joy of life we love him dearly he's adapting to the family good me and my dad
