The Pawrade experience was very good. I must admit, my family and I were skeptical about obtaining a puppy in this manner because we have always worked with a breeder. However, you may not always get what you want from a breeder. In this manner, we received exactly what we wanted. The puppy is doing just great and he is everything that we wanted. I know that it is very difficult to schedule pick ups and deliveries but that is about the only issue that we really think can improve. On the scheduled day of pick up I wasn't informed until very late and after I inquired about the pick up time. Delivery was 3:00 a.m. which was also a bit inconvenient. However, as I stated, we understand that this is difficult to manage. Our male yellow labrador retriever puppy, Trigger, is very comfortable as another member of our family. We treat our pets very much like royalty so he will have a long and outstanding life with us. Great success with Pawrade!!!

The people at Pawrade are lovely but that’s the best I can say. They are not a concierge service. You can’t choose when your pet arrives. They don’t go above any beyond to help make the transport easy. The biggest disappointment is the price. For 500.00 of per insurance coverage (which isn’t usable for the mandatory 72hr wellness visit) and the 3yr health guarantee which of course had major limits you pay WAY more than twice the value of the animal. My pet was listed by the breeder for 1/3 the amount charged by Pawrade. If you find a pet on their sight do a Google image search and find the pet through the breeder or another site where they don’t over charge. The money doesn’t go to caring for your animal nor the transport - that’s an upcharge. My own fault for using the site. Pawrade did nothing wrong but other animal parents be ware - save your money and spend it on your pet not on people who answer phones.

The staff at pawrade that assisted us with our transaction for our puppy were very helpful. They answered every question I had. Ms Lois always replied to me when ever I needed something. Our drivers Zac and Lem from Wags on Wheels always kept us updated with their route and our puppy.

This is one messed up operation! You end up dealing with multiple people (5 for us) who don't have a clue as to what the other employee said or did. The whole process is overly complicated and time consuming , when it really doesn't have to be. Most disheartening was the fact that we applied to get puppy only to be told he was no longer available :( A few days later there he was again listed for sale. We applied to get him again wanting to know what happened and why he was listed again. This time we were told by one of the 5 that that the breeder had thought she sold him locally to a buyer but that fell through.... So here is the sad part of this lie. The breeder had no clue as to what Pawrade was talking about. She never had a local buyer for pup and doesn't know why Pawrade would make such a claim. The contract is generic and cannot be modified. Don't let them say "we will take care of that later" if you want something changed. You are in for a lot of work if you do.

Simone being an older pup came with challenges I had not anticipated. She’s very avoidant and skiddish. Leash avoidant as well. We’ve been working on that, but challenging when my boys or others(vet tech, or pet associates) are involved.

We Love our Pup. The process was nearly seamless. The staff at Pawrade were sure to be in communication with us and made sure all of our questions were answered. We opted to have our puppy ground transported directly to our door. The transporters were very professional and courteous. It was obvious our girl was well taken care of. She is very happy and playful when she isn't fast asleep. We had her to the Vet for a well-check after receiving her and she had a clean bill of health. I would definitely recommend Pawrade.
