I had a number of issues. It appears to me that Pawrade does not adequately (if at all) vet the breeders who post the puppies for sale. The information about the puppy that I purchased was not accurate, and had I known it I would not have purchased that puppy. When I did eventually receive my puppy, she was infested with ear mites which are extremely contagious. The veterinary forms supposedly completed by the breeder’s vet on 4/17 specified “no ear mites”. When my vet completed her examination 5 days later, the infestation was overwhelming, indicating that the infestation was at least several weeks old. I have another dog in my house who is now at risk, not to mention everything I now have to do to contain and eradicate the ear mites. Needless to say, the vet report for my puppy is now entirely suspect, since the vet failed to disclose such an open and obvious problem. I will not use Pawrade in the future.
This was the best experience ever. Everyone was so kind and informative in the care of Sebastian, aka Carlos. Have recommended you to a lot of people and will continue in the future. Please thank the breeder for all the care she gave him.

I bought Chloe (formerly Anastasia) and she is a wonderful little baby. The purchasing process went very smoothly. I paid the $800 for the "concierge" service to get her from Missouri to Philadelphia, PA. I guess I didn't read or understand what that really was but I was NOT expecting it to be a van filled with crates of puppies to be delivered along the way. Chloe had to endure being in that cage from Friday night until she was delivered Sunday night at 8:30pm. I was so unhappy the entire wait. I will say that she was perfectly fine when I did get her and she has brought so much joy to my life.

Everything was great from beginning to end. Zero complaints. Puppy is healthy and exactly as expected.
I was a bit unsure about buying a puppy from a photo but everything worked perfectly. I got to speak to the breeder before to ask some basic personality questions. I chose to take a road trip to pick him up so I got to meet the her also which was very nice. It's obvious that this little guy has been loved from the day he was born and is NOT from a puppy mill. My puppy is everything I hoped he would be. I felt I had someone to contact at all times during the process. I would definitely use this service again as everything went exactly as they said it would. Very happy.
It was a great experience from the first sighting of our beautiful baby girl to here arrival. Communication was great. The paperwork was easy and the guys who brought her home to us were very friendly and helpful. I loved being able to see where she was and tracking her arrival. She is so loved and she seems to be adjusting very well to us. Thank you all so much💕

First off, I absolutely LOVE my new baby, little Maltipoo Mabel! (formally Duchess). Everyone at Pawrade was amazing to deal with, from the first conversation, to answering ALL my questions, and FaceTiming with the pup and breeder. She was transported by Ground and everyone stayed in touch with me the entire time, putting me at ease. I thank everyone for such a wonderful, ease-free experience, but mostly for sending this beautiful, cute little girl to me safe & sound!!

Absolutely the best service I ever received when purchasing a puppy. They were very professional, caring and most of all 100% customer satisfaction driven. We are thrilled with our beautiful little mini Multiple. The communication was good and we are happy with the process.
It is the 7th day that we have had our pups. I didn’t expect to have to address a possible health concern. I have raised MANY puppies in my lifetime and have Never had this type of problem in the first year! I took her to a vet hospital 45 minutes from my house but never got waited on so I still do not know other than her gums are not as pink as they should be!
From the first phone call, the team at Pawrades were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They guided us through the process and kept us updated. They helped us understand each next step. I'm grateful we found our new sweet family member from across the country and that their team could transport her out to us, right to our home. I highly recommend them if you're searching for a place you can trust.

My dear sweet puppy came to me with several issues. I expected him to be 100% healthy. He had Giardia, which PawRade said might only show up under stress. That is not my understanding after researching the infection. He was underweight, (his ribs were easily palpable, even though the pre- travel vet said his weight was fine. His vaccination series was not followed correctly, so now I have to have my vet follow up. Pawrade says that he should not start the vaccination series over. My vet (of 40 years) says the puppy should start the series over. All that said, I already love this baby and will take care of any health issues he has. Once my puppy arrived, I do not feel that the support from pawrade was what I would have expected. I would not get a puppy from this company again Sorry to report.
