After getting my first malti-poo in 2020, I thought the process would be just as wonderful. First off, having a puppy travel for 4 days in a cage in a truck, I feel, is inhumane. Then she was dropped off in Massachusetts, by mistake, to a woman who bought a shitzu. The woman signed that she got the right puppy, but 5 hours later, she realized she had the wrong one. The truck had to turn around & drive back to exchange puppies. Then my puppy was put back in a cage in the truck & had to travel to South Carolina to be delivered to me. The puppy was traumatized! I called Pawrade when the arrival time was past & the person I spoke with was unsympathetic. She said she had no way to reach the driver & she couldn't help me. She said that the puppy would need to wait until the next day to be delivered. I told her I had already taken time off of work & the next day was not convenient as I had a medical appt 1 hour away from my home at 11 am. To which she said that was my problem. No more roo…

This was our first time getting a puppy without meeting the breeders and puppy beforehand. Kudos to the Maltipoo breeders in MO where we got Rubble - we've had him a couple days now and he seems to already be potty trained and is such a good pup! We had selected to have our pup delivered to us, but based on the delivery route he would have had to ride in the back of the van for almost 3.5 days. We asked if we could drive and meet them along their route and the drivers were super nice and accommodated meeting us so we could shorten the time the pup had to be in the van. We are extremely happy with our puppy!

The MetLife Insurance offer free for 30 days is unresponsive. I spoke with agent Kyle and was told the policy would go into effect immediately. There are issues with Chantal's teeth and ear infections which Pawrade said would be covered through MetLife. I have called and emailed MetLife to let them know of the issues and ask how to proceed; however there has been NO response to repeated inquiries. I was not given a policy number and have had to leave phone messages which have not been answered. This is unprofessional

Communication and my sweet baby are perfect. Areas of improvement: 1. The puppy I picked I planned perfectly for after my trips during the month only to find out my girl was older than listed and would be delivered a month sooner. 2. Late night/overnight deliveries should be told to the buyers well in advance. As a Working mom, getting a late night 12 am delivery was unexpected and not appreciated. I love my girl and would otherwise recommend your company 💕

Whitley's Pawrade pictures didn't do her justice. She is sooo much cuter in person. She healthy, smart, and super sweet. I had a great experience with Pawrade. Excellent customer service and the agents were great about keeping me updated throughout the whole process.

We have a 12 pound maltipoo that we bought during the pandemic in December 2020. He's the center of our life. He recently lost his best friend so we got Shaggy as a companion for him. Shaggy is amazing! Very smart, a furball of fun. He checked out perfect with the vet and we are very pleased. Your delivery app and process was very user friendly and efficient. Thanks for everything!

Most importantly, we got a great puppy. He was everything we expected and could have ever wished for. The four-star rating is because of the transportation description. We had multiple options to choose from and in hindsight we should have flown him to us with a nanny, which would only have cost up slightly more. We were told that the ground delivery would be a "pampered ground delivery." However it turns out that our beloved dog was a "number" in the back of a truck with many other dogs for 48+ hours and when they arrived our puppy threw up (liquid- leading us to question whether or not he had even been fed) and he shaking profusely appearing traumatized. Thankfully he has since recovered. Pawrade should have been clear about exactly what happens during transport. Overall the staff was very friendly and very responsive. I would like to give huge props to "Kenny" who got the process rolling from the beginning and was super helpful and is an asset to Pawrade.

I have a beautiful and loving little furball! High quality and very trustworthy site. Everyone was friendly and professional! Paperwork and process was extensive, but worth it in the end! It is a bit nerve racking to get a puppy/dog on the internet sight unseen, but is always felt safe. I felt like my personal liaison and then transportation concierge were on my side: listened well; were knowledgeable; were compassionate with my questions!

Good experience overall. A lot of info all at once. Breeder was fantastic. Some disappointing communication for first time buyer. Tara in sales was fantastic. After that the Travel department was stressful to deal with. I think everyone should remember that you are dealing with first time buyers. You have an extensive process and I appreciate that as it is necessary for buyer, breeder and Pawrade. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone.

We are thrilled with our "Fur Baby". However, the process wasn't without its challenges. There were so many different people that we had to deal with, it was sometimes difficult to know if we were coming or going. The communication process leaves a lot to be desired. Once we paid, it was like we fell off the face of the earth. We had to beg for updates. It was almost a month between paying the entire bill, and getting our little girl, and having to wonder or push for updates is less then desirable. Our Nanny was delightful and communicated every step of the trip. Shell is a treasure. Thank you for giving us the pathway to expanding our family, but work on procedures!

Everything was great up to the last minute for to pick him up it was nerve-racking with the documentation. Max was very good on the flight home we're home safe, we crate training him it's hard 2 night I hope tonight he'll get better. I activated the Ins. With MetLife and Vet appointment on Monday for wellness check. He's a great puppy we love him so much. Thank you for everything. Pho Miller

We love our new puppy. The customer service has been perfect. The staff was very helpful and informative. Our puppy is happy and healthy. I give it four stars (no fault on Pawrade) was the breeder bought the wrong carrier and he missed his flight and we had to pick up the dog in another airport far away and very late at night. It was very difficult on our family, but we picked him up and we have him. American Airlines does not feed and water your pet if they are stuck in an airport for hours. FYI!!

Overall quite good service. The part I didn't like was so much 'paperwork', particularly because there was so many requests for items that either required or strongly encouraged use of 'technology. I'm not sure how to download pictures and send them via phone and text, so I found this difficult at best. Not all of us,certainly in my generation, grew up with high tech or even low tech. Consequently, I don't know how to do some things, especially sending photos or paperwork by phone.

Purchased a maltipoo puppy for my mother and transacted and communicated on her behalf as she does not have an email or internet access. Those my mother and I communicated with were very helpful— professional and friendly. The process was explained and they assisted to ensure everything went smoothly. Transport service did a good job as well. HOWEVER—- the puppy did NOT arrive completely healthy even though Pawrade ensured there was a thorough vet check and there were no issues. Either the vet was incompetent OR a vet check was never performed. Vet check was performed on ownership transfer within 72 hours of receipt, as required. Severe case of ear mites (Vet indicated probably the worst case he's seen in a puppy) and that she'd had it for quite some time. In addition, she had a parasite. Yes, puppies get parasites, but this one arrived with a parasite even though documents indicated a ‘clean bill of health'. Unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

I just love my new member to my family. Is playful and very smart. She wakes me up to potty. She's all most potty trained that's just how smart she is, she wakes me up with kisses.
