Pawrade is a very professional platform. I had never bought a puppy online before so I was skeptical. Pawrade made the process easy and informative. My puppy, arrived at my doorstep (from 2 states away) very clean and well taken care of, up to date on shots and meds. She saw the vet and received a clean bill of health! We are so excited to have her and she already has our hearts!

I've never seen something more cute or sweet than our fur baby delivered today. Communication was on point with updates which I appreciate. The process of buying her has been extremely smooth and we're hoping everything goes smooth from here

Each team member I communicated with was very friendly, responsive and knowledgable. The flow of communication was excellent and helped me in so many ways to prepare for Ginger's arrival. The detailed checklist and other tools were much appreciated. Thank you for making the entire process easy and exciting!
After several weeks of frustration dealing with our local resources, I went online and found Pawrade. I called the number listed and to my surprise, Holly answered the phone. I explained that we were looking for a certain puppy breed. She very quickly sent me an email with several choices. I asked where the puppy was coming from and she said Missouri. I was concerned that the distance from Missouri to California would be a problem. Holly assured me that they would transport the puppy with the highest level of care. I chose one and began the adoption process. The puppy would be ground transported. Everything was handled very professionally. The date they said the puppy would arrive was right on. Austin from Pet Express regularly texted me with his ETA. We are very pleased with the entire Pawrade operation and would gladly recommend their services to anyone. Our sincere THANK YOU!!

I can’t find enough words to express how happy we are with our beautiful puppy.We renamed her Nugget. She is absolutely the most loving feisty, adventurous pup with the most hysterical personality. My three-year-old Tiffany is slowly getting used to her and we are slowly getting used to her beautiful needle teeth lol She definitely knows her name and she’s already learning her commands. I remember that Tiffany our Maltese was very easy to train and Nugget is proving to be the same. I bred poodles myself so I know that Poodles and Maltese are two of the most intelligent breeds so I’m not surprised how fast she is catching on. I just am so over the moon with her and I am looking forward to years of love, laughter, and nothing but cuddles with Nugget. I have recommended your site to anyone looking for a pet. I appreciate how strict you are with your customers before you will allow them to purchase your puppies. I am taking Nugget to the vet tomorrow. I’ll send her report to you. Arlene

We got recently our precious puppy for Pawrade. Although I never wanted to go on that road and look for a puppy online, I stumbled on her photo (puppy’s photo) while searching for particular puppy I wanted, and I just knew that’s our puppy. I started conversation with Pawrade and they were very professional and very organized with whole process. Our princess is with us for 6 days already and she is just perfect! We can’t be more happier!
Great experience working with Pawrade. Very professional and everyone we dealt with was so kind and helpful. Breeder was great as well. I would definitely recommend going through Pawrade for your fur baby.
Quality puppy for the most part. Excellent disposition seemed healthy and calm when we got him and clean. My vet gave him a clean bill of health. The deliverer was polite and kind and explained things.
The transport driver was very friendly. He kept us apprised on his journey. He even gave us some stories of his play time during transport. I would definitely use them again. The whole process was easy and transparent.
The process is OK. But we received lots of reading stuff, most redundant and sometimes confusing directions. I liked the prompt answers and the politeness of Pawrade’s people.

It was a delightful experience especially after being scammed twice trying to purchase a puppy through breeders. I would purchase again from pawrade and recommend.

From the very beginning, Pawrade was dishonest and unprofessional. They told me the breeder was lowering the price, but I later discovered they had simply used a promo code and lied about it. When I asked for the same code to be applied, they claimed discounts were “up to the breeder,” which clearly wasn’t true. Then came the delivery nightmare. I specifically arranged for my puppy to be delivered by car, and Pawrade confirmed it. At the last minute, they changed it to by airplane. When I told them I couldn’t drive an hour to the airport at the exact day and time they chose, they were extremely rude even telling me I’d have to pay over $1,000 extra if I wanted to change it. When my puppy finally arrived, she was in awful condition. Her ears were filthy and yeasty, her fur was stained yellow from urine, and she was covered in fleas. For the amount of money they charge and the way they present themselves online, this experience was unacceptable. I would never recommend Pawrade to anyone.
