I was nervous about having a puppy and how this all would work, but Pawrade made it very easy for me every step of the process. They had people available to answer all my questions and they were very quick to follow up every time I messaged. Our puppy is a dream. He has been so much fun and a great addition to our family!

Very disappointed in the way my puppy looked when she got here. I bought a six month old puppy. She never had a haircut hair was growing inside her ears that she had two ear infections. She was dehydrated and lethargic. Had to take her to the vet the next day to clear her ear infections and only to find out, she hasn’t had any of her shots You had told me she have her shots that she would be fine and that is not the case you sent me a sick little puppy that has cost me more than $450 at the vet to take care of her on top of the money that I paid you for the puppy the 750 to deliver her so no I do not recommend you to anyone now I have to pay for all of her shots which should’ve been included in the price of the puppy you did not vet this puppy or the breeder very well

Pawrade staff were extremely supportive through this whole process. I felt sure that my maltipoo was from a private breeder who maintained quality standards. I highly recommend their services.

Pawrade made the purchase of my puppy easy and most of all protected from fraud. Payment is held by Pet.com (part of Pawrade) until the puppy is actually delivered into your arms. You are completely protected from fraud. I had constant communication, via email, Pawrade messaging or phone. I could have any questions answered regarding the purchasing process or the puppy. I was able to talk directly to the breeder who let me know how the puppy was and sent a video and pictures to me. Air transportation was arranged by Pawrade and my puppy came from Texas to WI with a nanny. She was well cared for and perfect upon arrival at the airport. Everyone I had contact with were professional, reliable, reassuring and polite. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks all for a great experience!

I love my new furry friend. She is perfectly healthy and happy. The pick up part of the process was difficult to say the least. I had a 7 hour drive to pick her up so I needed to stay in a hotel the previous night and then pick her up. Since I needed to know in advance if I had to cancel the room if she didn't pass her physical I needed information a couple of days in advance. I could not get any information until I finally got nasty with an email. The first puppy I was trying to get was also a 6 hour drive and I got an email the day before I was ready to leave to let me know that it didn't pass her physical. Fortunately, I was able to get a full refund not that hotel but only because I have stayed there many times in the past. Unfortunately, I could get a refund on the specialty food. The other supplies worked out since I looked for another girl. This needs to be worked out! This is why I am only a 3 star and not a 5 star.

Very satisfied with all aspects of PAWRADE Service and care. friendly, caring helpful people. Have to say in today's world I was alittle worried if it was fraud.. I was proven wrong. My precious little Vicki (fancy pants) Lol. Is a blessing. Lots of Love and happiness. She arrived clean with all expected. VET TOMRW. I COULDN'T BE MORE THANKFUL AN HAPPY. IM DEFINITELY RECOMMENDING PAWRADE. WOULD BUY AGAIN FROM PAWRADE.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Pawrade. Their staff made this process seamless. Anytime I called or messaged, they were professional, kind and extremely prompt. My beautiful Maltipoo was delivered from Ohio happy and healthy. The delivery company they use is the best! My husband and I are so grateful to Pawrade and their affiliates for giving us the best gift ever. Our baby, Sophia, is absolute perfection and we couldn’t love her more. Thank you Pawrade!!
I was very pleased with the service and of course the puppy! The communication was great and all my questions were answered promptly. The puppy is exactly what I expected and the delivery was very exciting! Even though that took longer than I expected! Would totally recommend Pawrade!!

The delivery fee was $749. For that amount I expected someone to rush her here from Dallas. Not to be the case. She was one of 14 dogs that were distributed about the US. Nonetheless, she arrived in great condition, neither dirty nor smelly.
Pawrade made the whole experience of purchasing a puppy so easy and stress free! I have purchased two puppies from them and each experience was wonderful. Great customer service and excellent communication!

The entire transaction from contact to delivery was handled in a friendly and professional manner. I would definitely recommend Pawrade. Waldo, formerly Robert, is a darling. I’m in love with his affectionate personality and playfulness.
I have my sweet little Maltipoo and so far so good. HE’s already attached to me and he’s eating good already.

I think the process is demanding of the new owner and feels somewhat of a system working in conjunction with the pet insurance to force you into additional insurance. That being said, Poppy (Gianna) is a beautiful little puppy and we love her very much.

Was a great experience for us . We came on the site with nervous reservations, and it couldn't have been an easier experience, communication was above and beyond, all my concerns were always addressed in a timely manner which I appreciated. Our puppy came from Missouri all the way to California. Our puppy arrived happy and ready to join our family couldn't have been a better union. Theres too many people involved in the process. I must have dealt with 4 or 5. This complicates things as multiplecopies of documents get sent with instructions. It becomes very confusing. Recommend, one person start too finish.

I must say I was impressed. First being a little skeptical after reading reviews during my research but I couldn't resist. They had exactly the puppy I wanted and I went for it, Service was amazing from Start to Finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring. I couldn't have been happier and relieved of my worries. My puppy arrived by ground transportation for a 48 hour drive and he was happy and healthy and clean. I know the contract with PetPay looks a little confusing at first but it's fine. Written by lawyers what do you expect LOL. I would highly recommend Pawrade not only for their kind and friendly as well as encouraging service but also for their professionalism. Thank you for bringing my Baby home to me safe and sound!

I was very pleased with the majority of the process. It was a little hard to get the puppy delivered at 1 AM largely because I couldn’t get him on a schedule, but I have a really appreciated the close communication I’ve had with you and your team. He is a sweetheart.
