I am extremely impressed with Pawrade. They kept me up to date on every step of the way. I learned how to take care of my puppy. She arrived at our home happy & healthy.
We are beyond THRILLED with our new little guy, Deeks! He is even cuter in person. He is healthy and thriving. You made our experience with adding a new member to our home so easy and were very thoughtful with your communications. We are forever grateful!

We just reached out to the breeder this week to receive the rabies certificate since the original papers that we received stated that our puppy had received a rabies vaccination. The breeder admitted that the puppy did not receive a rabies vaccination and that they had made a mistake marking that on the paper. Our puppy has already had two veterinary appointments for other checks and now we have to take her again for a vaccination that we were told and she had received. For the money we paid this is totally unacceptable! We cannot recommend Pawrade or the breeder unless you and the breeder can make this right. This is clear deception that put us at risk and will Cost us additional money.

I will be coming back to answer and post publicly after I see how my situation is handled. I will say that Kelli has been great to work with and I sense she understands my frustrations. If I had a rate this experience it would be a complete fairure. I need to know how you handle breeders that lie. Again, I will post publicly when I see how you resolve my issues.

So happy I found Pawrade! We received the most adorable puppy we could ever ask for. From my initial phone call to the day we received our puppy Pawrade was there to keep us updated or answer questions we had. We had to have our puppy driven to us and the drivers were amazing as well keeping us updated the entire trip. With all of the scams out there I felt very confident and trusted everyone we dealt with and we ended up with the most adorable, healthiest puppy!

Looked online for a puppy. Got absolutely nowhere. Prices were way out of our limit. One call to pawrade where I told representative what I was looking for and price limit. Explained entire procedure then found us several puppies. Sent us information on each one. By the end of the day we placed a deposit on the Sweetser little girl. One week later, we had our new fur baby safely tucked into our car! Couldn't ask for a sweeter puppy! Thank you so much for the respectful and helpful service! The service reps were all supportive all the way! Enjoying every day with our baby!

Pawrade opened up a lot of choices for me from choosing a breed through the sale and delivery of my puppy. I was dissappointed that she arrived very dirty and unbrushed. All of her entire legs were stained from urine and she smelled of urine. I was told her nails were clipped but they were not. I was very, very dissappointed and was concerned about conditions and care of the breeder. I spent a day cleaning her up with a Double shampoos bath, cleaned her dirty smelly ears, clipped her nails and then brushed her thoroughly. I do hope someone will check up on the breeder.
We are so excited to finally have our new puppy home. Pawrade made finding and purchasing the right puppy fun and easy. He arrived happy, healthy and very feisty!
My experience on pawrade.com has been great. From my search for my perfect furbaby to finding him, the whole process has been wonderful. Thank you all so very much for the professionalism and the courteousness of all that were involved with my purchase. Shannon

Process of purchasing and receiving my puppy was very easy. Puppy was delivered as scheduled. It's been a complete joy having a new puppy around the house.

The positives - I would say there was very good communication. The negatives - the puppy had giardia leading to several rescheduled trips while the condition was treated (no one's fault). However, when the time finally came, we flew out to picked up puppy. She was cute but very smelly. (VERY smelly). When we took her to the vet the next day, she still had Giardia (with a side of round worms). We have been treating her for this since that time and it now seems to have cleared up. It was costly to reschedule the plane trip for two people, and if the puppy was going to have Giardia anyway, it would have been better if we had been able to retrieve her as originally scheduled.
