I wish I had known we were adopting from Amish. They are known for Puppy Mills. This was kept a secret from me. I was promised all over the website that you don’t utilize puppy mills. The way they breed is inhumane and horrible. The communication was horrible. After speaking to the administrator for the Amish I was told that the lack of communication was on Pawrade side. I was lead to believe it was on the breeder side. This was disappointing and upsetting. Cindy never followed up after to see how we were doing either. Sophie (Rosie) is great. I got her with no issues. She is the perfect puppy. I just wish that I knew things in advance. And considering seeking legal counsel because I feel like we were lied to. I will not be using Pawrade in the future.

I was happy with the purchase and the quick responses to my questions. I also enjoyed the zoom meeting with the breeder and puppy. However, I was disappointed with the travel. I delayed my delivery of the puppy a month due to travel. It. Was great of the breeder to keep her. However, Pawrade did not look at the travel until the week I expected delivery. Found out there were no pet friendly airlines and changed to ground transportation. Although I preferred ground transportation for the puppies wellbeing, had it been addressed sooner perhaps I would’ve been able to get her sooner. Or I would’ve at least not expected 3 days earlier.

This was a great experience. Pawrade messages were easy to use and people responded in a reasonable amount of time. The puppy arrived and he was happy and clean. He arrived with shots records and additional information about caring for him in the first few days (this was from the breeder). In the days we have had him we can tell that he has been socialized well so far. He is cautious but not timid. And he seems happy about everything (except going in the crate hahaha). My only complaint about the process was that since we purchased him before he was ready to travel we were just DYING for updates. I would have appreciated more frequent updates on his weight, vet appointments, etc. That was by no means a deal breaker, just something we would have liked. Overall the process was great!

Pawrade did a fantastic job of keeping me updated. However, although the website said Gianna was microchipped, she was not. Also when asking follow up questions to the breeder once Gianna was on her way here, I have not had a reply.

Cassie, our Puppy Concierge was AMAZING! I cannot say enough about how above & beyond she met our expectations. She showed a true concern for what we were looking for in a new puppy and gave excellent service, feedback and communication. She was such a blessing to work with finding our new girl! Once we made our decision and were handed off to Reaghan in the travel dept to arrange getting our puppy things got rough as communication was limited and poor. Cassie stepped back in to make sure we got to set in the right direction to complete the process. I attribute all accolades to Cassie for representing Pawrade in such a kind and professional manner. I will recommend Pawrade as a positive experience, for working with approved breeders and to find the right puppy for your family.

Overall very happy with my puppy. The pawrade team were very helpful. Just a couple things: first of all they said no cargo transport but my puppy was flown in cargo… so a little iffy about thay. Also they said my puppy was normal weight range but she was really thin when she arrived and lacking nutrition her skin was very dry and flaky. Maybe its a problem with the breeder but anyways I love my dog and I will make sure she eats well and becomes healthy.

Alls well that ends well. Was a very bumpy ride, but the end result was a beautiful, healthy, well adjusted puppy, that we are thrilled with. Too many service reps and miscommunication among all parties at Pawrade caused us much concern and doubts. Breeder and ground delivery company did a solid job in the end to ease our fears and concerns, and deliver our wonderful puppy.

Oakley appears to have arrived in good health and full of high puppy energy. Thank You. My only negative comment in the adoption process was we were notified Wednesday March 20th at 3:16pm that Oakley was on her way and the next day we were notified that she would be arriving at our house Friday morning before 7:00am which she was. This means that Oakley was transported approximately 2,000 miles in a day and a half? We were told numerous times that all puppies are always transported in the the least stressful environment possible which I may question given start to finish for delivery?

Claus is the cutest, sweetest puppy. Unfortunately, he arrived with bilateral ear infections. Claus had been "cleared" by the pawrade vet on 2/28 with "no debris, no discharge." I took Claus to my vet for his 72 hr vet visit on 3/5 after I picked him up on 3/3. My vet could not see into Claus's ears.; don't know how the breeder's vet assessed them. After the hair was cut away, Claus was found to have bilateral ear infections and his ears were packed. Took pup back for follow up today. Another ka-ching, ka-ching. Fortunately, his ear infections have cleared. But I would not go through the internet again.
