Getting my puppy through Pawrade was a wonderful experience! I had never gone about getting a puppy this way before, so I was a bit nervous and skeptical, but everyone (especially Lois!) stayed in close communication and updated me every step of the way. I felt prepared and confident when Sunnie arrived home!

Everything from reserving to puppy arrival was smooth and easy. Price was high but your getting quality pups by vetted breeders. Communication was 100% with concierge and travel. A little under a month total wait time which seems long but she was too little to leave momma. They care about the quality and transportation of the pups. There is a health guarantee and constant communication when needed. All in all this is very legitimate puppy broker. I am happy with my Maltipoo pup.
Pawrade was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. We felt very taken care of!

I had such a great experience with pawrade! My new pup, barley, arrived about 2 weeks after all the transactions went through. He is lovely!!! I can't say enough good things about Pawrade.

Everyone was so professional and helpful. Kenny Destiny, and Morgan were the bomb. P.S. The vet has her name as Rosie, however on line her name is Raven. I love Raven so much. I had tears in my eyes when l first saw her.

She (now named Lacy) is happy, a ball of energy, and very loving. She's getting along very well with our "teenager" cat. They play together a lot. She sleeps in a foldable large crate next to my bed. When she grows larger, she can sleep in the bed with the stairs I bought for her. Very happy with how Parade kept us informed. Thank you.

I am truly happy with Pawrade. Pawrade seems to have everything in order when it comes to adopting a pet, ensuring the pet comes from a good back ground, is healthy, taken care for in everyway for the adopters to receive the pet well. I am happy with the financial process as well, ensuring all paper work, amongst other paper work, is fully and correctly understood, filled out, all parties signed and fulfilled. I am very happy with all personnel involved working in Pawrade to ensure communication is met, everything is understood and to make sure I received my fur baby with out issues. Pawrade does such a thorough job, from making the connection, getting to know the fur baby in any possible way, to ensure the pet is healthy from the vet before transport, and even the transporters, I am so amazed at the distance they had to travel to deliver people's pets, the updates provided and much appreciated to have and the "touch down". They transporters are so knowledgeable and friendly.

There was a lot of confusion on her gender How could that happen? She is wonderful and the delivery tracking was terrific. I took her to my vet for a checkup who said her shots had to be redone because they were given too early. I love her

A bit confusing on how to activate MetLife insurance policy. Puppy arrived 10:30 pm & nanny was unfamiliar w/ this policy. Signed transfer of ownership doc & he took our picture. Have an email to sign transfer doc & pic requested. Will do this later today. Puppy seems healthy & playful. BTW she is beautiful!

I am elated to have this puppy, she is everything I could have asked for and more! Adorable, sweet, intelligent, loving, and healthy! What a great personality and did I mention how beyond cute she is! Everyone was very helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and responsive. Working with this breeder was great also! I love the zero puppy mill policy and would recommend pawrade to anyone, and will go through them again in the future. Thank you for my new family member!

Janelle, my main contact at Pawrade, was INCREDIBLY patient, professional, caring, understanding, knowledgeable and just plain sweet! She heard my needs and, actually, led me to the perfect little darling! My secondary contact, Lindsay, was of the same character. My breeder is INCREDIBLE! My little boy arrived potty trained, kennel trained, fetching a ball, sleeping in bed with me the first night without a peep or fuss, and as sweet as I could ever imagine! We are in love! My only reservation is waiting to see that his final size is "toy" small. He is adorable!

Absolute perfection every step of the way with Pawrade. The puppy concierges, Jenell & Sara were quick to answer any questions and very helpful with additional information. The travel and prep concierge, Carli, was very clear and concise regarding paperwork and planning. Our puppy nanny, April, who traveled from Indiana to Maryland with our puppy, was incredible. Our sweet little guy arrived healthy and happy. Last but not least, the breeder was available to zoom to see the puppy before the final paperwork was completed. I would strongly recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to add a healthy and happy puppy to their family. A very ethical and caring company.
Experience was great and we are loving our new puppy! The only feedback that I have is that it took 3 days for puppy to arrive and I could have had him flown here faster. I'm not sure which form of transportation is best…seems like a long time for puppy to travel in a van…

I would never go thru Pawrade again! This was the most grueling, stressful & time wasting ever. Far too little info on the puppy. I had to ask for parents pictures, etc & several important facts were never given. Hopefully our new baby is a healthy, happy, well adjusted one.

Love our puppy! The process was pretty easy and straightforward but…NO communication from the breeder and minimal communication from the transport?! Their website says they drive in 2 people teams for "24 hr" operation but there was only 1 driver. No welcome packet from the breeder with instructions? Weird. I don't fault Pawrade for the breeder and transport but wish there was more communication and transparency.
I am amazed how wonderful the entire process was from beginning to end. Everyone I worked with was very professional, a wealth of information, and made me feel very secure in the whole process. The constant contact was amazing and they literally assisted every step of the way, I am so glad I chose Pawrade for my new fur baby!
