I will be coming back to answer and post publicly after I see how my situation is handled. I will say that Kelli has been great to work with and I sense she understands my frustrations. If I had a rate this experience it would be a complete fairure. I need to know how you handle breeders that lie. Again, I will post publicly when I see how you resolve my issues.

Communication seems to have slowed because of breeders. Pawrade handled the situation well. I am very happy with my puppy.

So happy I found Pawrade! We received the most adorable puppy we could ever ask for. From my initial phone call to the day we received our puppy Pawrade was there to keep us updated or answer questions we had. We had to have our puppy driven to us and the drivers were amazing as well keeping us updated the entire trip. With all of the scams out there I felt very confident and trusted everyone we dealt with and we ended up with the most adorable, healthiest puppy!

Looked online for a puppy. Got absolutely nowhere. Prices were way out of our limit. One call to pawrade where I told representative what I was looking for and price limit. Explained entire procedure then found us several puppies. Sent us information on each one. By the end of the day we placed a deposit on the Sweetser little girl. One week later, we had our new fur baby safely tucked into our car! Couldn't ask for a sweeter puppy! Thank you so much for the respectful and helpful service! The service reps were all supportive all the way! Enjoying every day with our baby!

The positives - I would say there was very good communication. The negatives - the puppy had giardia leading to several rescheduled trips while the condition was treated (no one's fault). However, when the time finally came, we flew out to picked up puppy. She was cute but very smelly. (VERY smelly). When we took her to the vet the next day, she still had Giardia (with a side of round worms). We have been treating her for this since that time and it now seems to have cleared up. It was costly to reschedule the plane trip for two people, and if the puppy was going to have Giardia anyway, it would have been better if we had been able to retrieve her as originally scheduled.

After getting my first malti-poo in 2020, I thought the process would be just as wonderful. First off, having a puppy travel for 4 days in a cage in a truck, I feel, is inhumane. Then she was dropped off in Massachusetts, by mistake, to a woman who bought a shitzu. The woman signed that she got the right puppy, but 5 hours later, she realized she had the wrong one. The truck had to turn around & drive back to exchange puppies. Then my puppy was put back in a cage in the truck & had to travel to South Carolina to be delivered to me. The puppy was traumatized! I called Pawrade when the arrival time was past & the person I spoke with was unsympathetic. She said she had no way to reach the driver & she couldn't help me. She said that the puppy would need to wait until the next day to be delivered. I told her I had already taken time off of work & the next day was not convenient as I had a medical appt 1 hour away from my home at 11 am. To which she said that was my problem. No more roo…
