I have been a dog owner all my life and I am rather picky when it comes to purchasing one and how they are treated. Pawrade passes the smell test. The are one of the most professional pet services I have ever seen. From start to finish, the puppies are transported in a safe and timely manner and the description of the puppy was accurate. We purchased Cole from a breeder in Missouri sept 9th. He was transported sept 18 and we received him Sept 21 ( in NJ). I would definitely recommend this service to anyone interested in buying from Pawrade.

It's been 2 weeks since we got our 4 month old puppy and while the service provided by pawrade was excellent, I'm fairly certain our new puppy was abused. I don't know exactly where she came from but she doesn't know how to play with humans, still isn't potty trained, and is extremely skittish if you're holding an object in your hand or raise your voice. It's worse with males. I love her and want to give her the safe, happy home she deserves, but I don't know if she will ever completely trust me or my fiancé. It's sad because she is so sweet.

I did NOT receive a record of her vaccinations. Please send ASAP. She will have to be over vaccinated if I don't receive this soon. Please send!!!!

There isn't enough time in the world to truly express how wonderful our experience was with Pawrade in being connected with our Toy Australian Shepherd, Rial. From the moment we laid eyes on him on their website to the moment he was hand delivered to us from an Indiana farm to our doorstep in New York City, our coordinators from Pawrade - Devlyn and Morgan - made the process seamless and effortless. They took care of not only us and all of our questions, but, more importantly, made sure that we were the right owners of this precious little soul, protecting Rial and his safety as closely as we hoped to when he finally became ours. I don't know what we would have done without their kindness and guidance. We are so very, very grateful for their help in this life changing decision. We COULD NOT be happier. Thanks so much Pawrade!

Pawrade was able to help us find our new little girl. I was always able to get in contact with everyone there and even the breeder. She was definitely a bit out of it after such long travel(we chose driving since we drive regularly and wanted her to be somewhat used to a car). She is the sweetest thing, already potty trained, she loves my other dogs. I'm so glad I went with Pawrade!

Our puppy is amazing and the breeder is amazing. She answered all my questions and was quick to respond. You would be lucky to get one of her puppies. I say that because at 8.5 weeks the puppy started using a pee pad, has a great temperament, and confirmation.

I was searching for a specific look of small Aussie everywhere and found the perfect one on Pawrade.com. I immediately reserved her without thinking then got little worried as I had never heard of Pawrade and I wasn't talking to the breeder directly. There were several concierges in between the owner and buyer to communicate. But nothing I should have worried. EVERYTHING was so smooth and amazing. They booked a flight nanny for my new pup and everyone I communicated with were so sweet and through. I received a champion blooded cutest well trained healthy pup a week after I booked her on this site. Couldn't be happier! Thank you all!

The breeder and the payment company were very friendly, professional, hospitable, and communicative. My puppy is a sweet, intelligent, playful angel. The breeder sent photos and a brief update about her growth once every week until shipment. I was grateful to have these nearly real-time updates of her growth both physically and her personality. I was warned she was a diva (in a cute way) and loves to snuggle, both definitely true. Thank you for helping me welcome my new little best friend safely and lovingly into her forever home (/castle). :)

From start to finish, this was a wonderful, professional transaction! The breeder answered my questions, the kind and caring delivery couple drove her from MO to NY for us. Process was a bit confusing at times - the timeline was not always specified for when certain things were due to be submitted, when we would next hear from you, and what the next steps would look like. Some things were specified in this manner, which I really enjoyed, but some were not! To make up for this, however, the support team responded to my inquiries in a very timely manner for every question I had along the way! They helped answer all of my concerns, and responded typically within an hour, which was amazing!

The puppy is gorgeous. He did have worms when I got him and coxidia (sp?) but the vet took care of it. I would have liked to have had a update picture every week because I waited a month and he changed a lot. I was nervous buying online but when he arrived I was ecstatic! It was real!!!! thank you for my beautiful boy.

It is very common for puppies to have worms which is why we require them to be on a dewormer before they can travel. Puppies can contract these microscopic parasites by simply playing in the grass and even just drinking water.

My husband and I can not say enough great things about Pawrade organization. Communication between the breeder and us was amazing and when I had questions with the breeder and Pawrade, people couldn't have been nicer and more helpful! Our puppy is so wonderful and the transition to our home has been seem less! When I brought Bodhi to the vet, they commented how thorough the vet had been in Arkansas and that they were very impressed with the care our puppy had received! We would absolutely recommend your organization for anyone looking to by a new fur baby!!
