I wish I could give 4.5 stars, because overall I had a great experience getting our puppy through Pawrade. First, and most importantly, it's clear they truly vet their breeders. Our puppy arrived happy, healthy, and adjusted really well with our family. The Pawrade team was very helpful at ensuring I had most of my questions answered and my concierge was always available by phone or text. My only constructive feedback would be around the travel of getting my puppy home. There are great options: Ground transport, air, or air-companion. But when I was trying to determine what to do and what would be safest for my puppy, it was hard to get clear answers. I understand that much is outside of their control and hard to determine, but I wasn't able to get an answer of how long ground travel would actually take, or if an Air companion would be available. I would recommend Pawrade 100%, but would consider flying out to get the puppy yourself if you can. We love our puppy!!

This was a smooth transition to get my puppy , the staff helped answer my questions anytime , I wont lie though it is quite pricey to do but worth it.. My most thing was that I was Nervous about picking my pup up from the Airport ...And that actually was Quite easy and My pup was so happy to see me for the first time we named him Bruno and Just love him !! One Downfall is that They do not Offer refunds and Are Pricey But Worth It..and yes I was Worried about ordering my pup online but just know the entire Process is legit and I did Receive a Happy And Healthy Puppy .We Love Our Pup.

We are so in love with our new puppy. We appreciate all the communication from the beginning to the exchange. We flew out to OK to pick him up with our friends that choose his brother. We met the breeder and they were so excited they both were going to a good homes. Thanks again for a smooth exchange and all the information that we received. 🐶🦴😍

The process of getting our new puppy was so easy. The staff were so attentive and answered all of my questions so quickly via phone & text. The delivery went exactly to plan and the driver was so attentive, great communication with daily updates, and nice. Olivia went to her first vet visit and is all up to date and healthy. Olivia is such a little love and fits into our family. We absolutely love her and cannot be happier.

It was a great experience. Everyone was incredibly helpful, the whole process was smooth. Our puppy is absolutely perfect, we fell in love with her from the first sight. She wasn't very stressed upon her arrival and is adjusting really quickly. We couldn't be happier!

Amazing process from start to finish! We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Pawrade.
We Love Sam. He is quite timid yet but is already learning the No command and His new name. We are using Peepads for Him to do His business. He will pre on it but most of the time choses to poop on the kitchen floor. Easy to clean up/tile. He goes for His Travel Exam at the Vet Tues May 2nd at 230. He will have the same Dr our 2 other Boys had. I signed up for MetLife Ins for Him yesterday. Finalize on microchip tomorrow.
We are so grateful for Pawrade. This service is so responsive, helpful, and on top of everything. Our new Puppy Delaney, which he kept the name the breeder gave her, is absolutely perfect. She is not quite "laid back" as the description mentioned, but she is a puppy and that is to be expected. I cannot thank Pawrade enough for everything they have done. The ground travel went smoothly and was completed on time. I am so happy to have my new puppy and would 100% use Pawrade again in the future.

To say, we are in love with our puppy, is an understatement. The collaborative team at Pawrade did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their costumer service was there to answer all questions, there contracts were clearly stated as to what we were paying and what we were getting. So much thought went into the welfare of our pup. We are very pleased with our new puppy. They kept us updated during the entire process once we picker our newest family member. The care team was great in getting any info we requested about our puppy. The travel process was new to us, but we were well informed when her travel plans had to change. We were also impressed with the follow up calls and support once we picked up our new addition.
I was skeptical at first ordering a puppy online and even hoped that I would not be scammed. This company is legit, and we are in love with our puppy that we purchased through Pawrade. Great communication, extremely professional, and the puppy is even more beautiful in person than we imagined. Thank you Pawrade for our new fur baby!
We had a great experience with Pawrade. The breeder was great and we love our new puppy, Tula. She's a mini-assuie and couldn't be cuter. Descriptions were very accurate, and we loved the weekly updates until we surprised our kiddos with a road trip to pick up the little lady. Highly recommend Pawrade. Only recommendation would be to publish where the breeder is located on the original post for the puppy.
