My experience with Pawrade was great. I was worried at first since communication with the breeder was not direct and somewhat delayed, but the reps assured me they would get the answers I needed and they delivered. Lona is a beautiful healthy puppy and arrived with no health issues. OTransfer of ownership and activating the insurance were quick and easy. Also, the driver that delivered her had great communication with me and took good personal care of her on the way here. I really appreciate everyone who took the time to help me with this process of getting my puppy. If this is the standard service given to all of your customers, then I can fully recommend Pawrade to anyone. Thank you!

I was skeptical, a little worried this wasn't real. I've now had my little "dood" for 2 weeks and I am so in love with him, Leroy, renamed Benji. We will definitely be using this process if/when we decide to add to the family again.

It took me a while to decide on a breed and then a dog. Parade's customer service is great when you finally get the right agent. I will things were a bit more flushed in the sense that you were able to know who the breeder is, where the dog is located from the start, and even a tracking system once the dog is on his way. Other than that me and my new puppy are very happy.

The puppy arrived last night in good health and is as cute as can be. I did find the transaction pretty frustrating, however. I would send emails and rarely get an answer. There were no phone numbers to call with questions. I received emails that were duplicates of previous emails many times. I had no idea which ones to respond to or not. The puppy arrived with earmites which makes we wonder about the vet who examined him before he left. I bought the puppy on March 1st but he was not delivered until March 14th. During a lot of that time I was dearly hoping I wasn't scammed. I think a little more contact by a real person would have allayed my fears.

Annie Even your social media strategist on Instagram was helpful!! We adopted our Annie Mini Goldendoodle and welcomed her into our home on Friday night. We took her to the vet today and she was issued a clean bill of health! We love her so much already! Thank you to all who put up with my million questions and fear. Very pleased!! Received a happy and healthy well mannered pup! Pawrade goes out of their way to keep communication open at all times and makes the overall process a smooth one. They provide a lot of material to better prepare you for your pups arrival, and give great tips! This is very helpful especially if you're a first time dog owner! They are adamant about the puppies health coming first, above all else! What more could you ask for right? Would 10/10 recommend.

I've been wanting a mini Goldendoodle for years now, every time I wanted to pull the trigger I couldn't find a reliable breeder who didn't have a long wait. A friend of mine told me about Pawrade and I found Roland the same day! The process was easy and agents where very responsive, walking me through the whole process. They even sent reminders of what needs to be done before and after receiving our little guy. I decided to go with pampered ground transportation since he was coming from Nebraska and I didn't want him on a plain at such a young age. He was delayed a week or so due to weather conditions, which is understandable. My only complaint about the Transpo company is that they didn't notify me about this or kept me in the loop of his travel details. I had to call them often to get an update and the driver was not as responsive.

Our first time using Pawrade and at first it was a dream, then we picked up our puppy, she had a wound on her ear that was never disclosed to us and the breeder has denied any knowledge which can't be accurate if the puppy was checked out by a Vet prior to the transfer of ownership. Then once home she became sick with parasites, vomiting, diarrhea, and lethargy, after several hospital visits we are still trying to make sure our puppy survives. We approached Pawrade and PetPay about the health guarantee only to be given the run around about the policy and only covering the first round of medications and never reviewing the Vet/Hospital visit summaries. So far the experience has been very poor.
