Everything went fine. I wish I had not bought the food supplement, as my vet didn't think it was necessary & I can't return it. Also my puppy had received more shots than he needed at his young age before I adopted him. Don't need vitamins breeder recommended either.

Love the new puppy
Everybody I worked with at Pawrade was awesome! I was a little nervous to buy a puppy just by looking at pictures and general information online. I received a quick response whenever I had a question-and I had lots of them! They checked in frequently before we received our puppy and even a few days after to see how we all were doing. She arrived safely and was happy to be here. Thank you Pawrade- we love our little Betty! (aka Zaria)

I was very impressed with the process of purchasing a puppy and the customer service I received with Pawrade and Petpay. I was a little wary about buying a puppy sight unseen on-line with an out of state breeder and worried it could be a scam but have no fear. They are totally legit and very professional. Somebody reached out to me as soon as I expressed a serious interest in my specific puppy. The communication back and forth by phone and email was immediate and very helpful. I didn't speak directly with the breeder but I could have if needed. I asked for a current picture and video of my puppy which they got back to me the next day along with pictures of the Mom and Dad. They supplied us with a lot of pre- and post arrival information which was very useful. They were in touch every step of the way up to delivery and then checked back after a few days to see how it was all going. It has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Pawrade!

Very Thorough and it clearly shows you care about the dogs.
Easy dealings all the way through. The transport was a little difficult in communication, but we got him and he's awesome.
Everything was perfect. The drop off was easy and my puppy is absolutely the most cutest thing in the world! I love her. Thank you.

The process of getting Nico was very simple and pawrade did everything they said they were going to do. My 11 year old daughter loves her puppy and pawrade put it all together!

Loved working with Pawrade! Everyone was so kind and took the time to answer my questions. You can tell that their puppies are loved, cared for and healthy. I even forfeited my deposit with another place that I found prior (that turned out to be a puppy mill) to work with Pawrade! We are in LOVE with our new Pup! My only complaint is that they would not extend the 72 hour vet guarantee. NO vet (I called 7 of them) are scheduling out that quickly since covid, they even laughed at me for trying. Aside from that, no complaints! We are pleased and will recommend Pawrade to people we know looking for a fur baby!

Dan was excellent. Transfer of ownership doc wasn't emailed until 5/16. We obtained the puppy on 5/14 and had to activate MetLife insurance without that doc. Actual physical transaction and pick up was great.

I have had an excellent experience with Pawrade. Everything was handled in a very professional and courteous manner. My dog was a local pickup and it was a timely transfer. Thanks Pawrade for the happy experience
The process could not have been easier or gone more smoothly. The hardest part was waiting for our new puppy's arrival. Everyone was excellent with communication and the breeder supplied videos and pictures upon request. So glad I was told about pawrade, I would certainly use them again!

We are beyond happy with our puppy! The puppy made it safe and just as described. The reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 stars is that the communication back and fourth after the purchase was not as smooth as it was during the time of purchase but that had more to do with the representative that was handling our purchase than Pawrade in general, the time frame given at the time of purchase was not how long it really took we got the puppy 3 weeks after purchase date so please keep in mind that it will take time to have your new member shipped to you after it shipped he arrived the day after.
