The website is nice. The logistics flow - paperwork, etc. seems to be efficient. Our new puppy is in good health and is really a delight. That being said I have some reservations about using this company. They are 100% lacking in transparency regarding the breeder. I had to show my drivers license to get a puppy and I have no idea who the breeder is. NONE. I've been around breeders for decades and I know what is expected and Pawrade provided none of it. I couldn't even pick up the puppy AT the breeder, we had to meet in a random parking lot! #SayNoToMills????? They did nothing to make me feel like I wasn't buying from a mill. #FullTransparency Pawrade!!!!!

Our sweet little puppy’s delivery date was delayed. This is the third puppy we have purchased from Pawrade. As disappointed as we were for the delay, we took comfort because our puppy was diagnosed with Giardia and wanted her to be treated and healthy before she traveled. We were informed she was cleared for travel and she arrived within 3-4 days. It was understandably a very early morning delivery, no one cared because we were so excited. Unfortunately, she arrived with poop stuck on her and with an over abundance of fragrance, probably to conceal it. I took our little puppy to the vet the next day. I asked for a stool sample to confirm she no longer had Giardia. To my disappointment, she was confirmed to not only have Giardia but also coccidia. Both are very contagious. Now, all of my dogs have to be treated due to exposure. I am super upset. As I read through the paperwork that shipped with her, I was surprised to not see any documents of the puppies treatment before shipping.

WOW!! WHAT CAN I SAY..WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. WERE EMPTY NESTERS AND HAS BEEN OVER 7-8 YEARS SINCE THE PASSING OF OUR GOLDEN RETRIEVER, WE WERE READY. OLLIE IS A WONDERFUL ADDITION TO OUR HOME. OUR HOUSE NOW LOOKS VERY LIVED IN. Lol. THANK YOU AGAIN ONE AND ALL.I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS WAY TO GO IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A FURRY FRIEND.

We love love love love our little girl. So happy we have her thank you so much. As an older person it was challenging at times with doing everything online. We lost out on another puppy because of that. But we managed with the help of Kelly and Shannon they helped me with the online. We picked her up from the breeder and it was such a pleasant experience. I would recommend the breeder to anyone. Thank you Pawtade we have already given your name to a couple people.

Everything in the world is not perfect and when we realize that we can move on in a more positive way. That is true for our interactions with Pawrade. A couple of things that I can say, they WILL communicate AND you will interact with a number of the employees. There are so many moving parts and each breeder has their own style, that can play a role in the experience too. Attention to detail is great and they make sure that you are qualified to be an owner, it is NOT just about the money. We have enjoyed our journey through the process and love our new family member…

Communication wasn’t the greatest from Pawrade but it all came together when it was time to pick up our little puppy. The breeder was excellent. Our puppy is very healthy and happy.

Okay, let's be honest. At first, I was a little turned off by the price tag. But when I read all of the benefits that came with Pawrade's service—the no puppy mill policy, the assurance that my pup would be microchipped and up-to-date on her vaccinations—I knew it would be worth it. Pawrade and PetPay consistently communicated and provided prompt responses whenever necessary. This completely put my mind at ease, and I knew that I had made the right decision. As a first-time pet owner, my pup has made herself at home now. She's non-anxious and housebroken. I would do it again ... but not anytime soon since we are still getting used to her schedule. Lol

Puppy is gorgeous and the breeder was fabulous but the process was stressful. Would have helped to be able to talk directly to the breeder. Staff was friendly and helpful but did not communicate as much as I would have liked. Thanks though to all for a lovely puppy.

I'm totally in love with Furgie (aka Theodora). The entire experience was great, especially traveling to Memphis to get her and flying her back home. So glad I was able to meet the breeders, and talk with them. They are wonderful, caring, and raising beautiful puppies for all the right reasons. I've never had a puppy, all my dogs were rescues and over a year old when we adopted. There is something magical about the puppy-stage, and so glad I decided to make this committment, it's the best ever!!

Our experience with Pawrade was very easy and pleasant. We found our little fur baby and she was home with us in about 2 weeks! They were very responsive and friendly over the phone. The Wags on Wheels ground transportation team was very nice and kept us informed. Will definitely recommend using Pawrade if you’re looking for your next furry best friend.
