Not too happy that my puppies arrived full of ear mites and a yeast infection. Also the instructions on what to do for the insurance and vet appointments all were very confusing. Rather disappointing experience!

This was the most stress=free experience. We selected the dog we wanted. The representative called me right away and went over the whole process, answered all my questions. We needed to breeder to hold the dog for an additional week due to an already planned vacation. The breeder was more than willing to help out and also provided additional photos of the dog when asked. I would highly recommend and would definitely use this ser

I would give y'all 5 stars but my puppy arrived 4 hours early to the airport and no one through Pawrade let me know. The airport in Myrtle Beach called when she arrived and gave no notice. I also am only giving you 3 stars because even on the vet paperwork my puppy came with stated that my puppy was free from ticks and flees she arrived constantly itching and I found multiple ticks on her body.

We found Pawrade purely by chance online, and found the puppy which seems to had been destined to be with us! After reaching out to Pawrade, we were given constant contact and seamless help arranging for our new family member! After contacting the Breeder to coordinate our pickup date, we found the Breeder's name was the same as our youngest daughter, and her father had my name (Shawn) and her uncle (Father's brother) had the same name as our middle son! So I think our new Aussie puppy was definitely meant to be with us! We highly recommend Pawrade as the Company uses choice Breeders, provides excellent help and coordination, and will help you find that perfect family member! Thank you so much Pawrade!

Unfortunately, it is always too late after the fact to make good choices. Your policy of "Not sharing the Breeders contact information BEFORE PURCHASE is a terrible way to buy a puppy. Even your breeders adds suggest talking with the breeder BEFORE purchasing a puppy. Your policy will unfortunately result in us not using your services again. We cannot trust YOU as a measure of compatibility for such an important purchase. We have learned a serious lesson. NEVER PURCHASE A PUPPY UNTIL YOU SPEAK WITH THE BREEDERS FIRST.

We are absolutely thrilled with Arabelle! The whole process was very professional and caring, from my initial contact, Tony, to Jason and Lloyd from the Puppy Wagon. All of the questions were answered quickly and thoughtfully. I appreciated the Zoom with Amber, the breeder. My apprehension with dealing with a third party was eased with every step of the very organized process. We couldn't be happier with our puppy and Pawrade!!

So the purchasing experience was good, the puppy is amazing albeit he certainly is not the age that was told to us he's younger. The delivery experience wasn't great. One driver for 3 days and when she handed him to us he was wet with urine. We had to bath him immediately. Packed in her mini van with a bunch of others …. If I were you I would reconsider that mode of delivery.

I would have to give it an honest 5 stars. In my experience, there were some funny setbacks However, the team at Pawrade made sure to correct those setbacks. If I had any comment, it would be correct the issue of auto charging on the invoice even if you uncheck the health insurance policy. Other than that, my concierge, Tara Mir, was an amazing communicator and representative to your company. My highest regards go out to her for the care she took in getting my puppy to me!

I am very happy with my new puppy Drax… He is definetly a bundle of Joy! This was my first time ever using a service like this for a puppy… I have to be honest and say there were breaks in communication and unclear times when Drax was available and then pressure to have one day to put do6 rest of payment… I was thinking this was a total scam company the way it was handled. Luckily it wasn't and everything worked out eventually but as a new buyer I would have appreciated a more streamlined way or better communication on how things were unfolding…. Other than that I am going to give Drax the best life I can! We have already gone on walks every day and visited a lake where he waded in and played with my sons dogs… We are going to have a great life together.

great experience, made everything so easy and the attention to detail and communication was beyond great. They were always there each step of the way, we prompt, responsive and easy to reach for any question or concern. Their payment method is 100% safe, I was a bit nervous at first but I looked them up and there was nothing but praise. I picked up Kodi today from the airport and it really was easy, the only thing that was a slight issue was that the travel crate was zip-tied and Nobody had scissors, finally someone had a knife and BTW, the plastic shipping crate is yours and big, glad I brought the SUV, she was so funny, didn't wanna come of and say hi. Shes home and getting along great with my other dog, Basha so really happy I bought from Pawrade, the dogs are not cheap but you get what you pay for and so far, everything has been purrrrrfect!!! Meeting puppy Scout was one of the best moments! He was well taken care for, transported safely, and came back with healthy vitals upon his vet visit. We are very happy with our purchase through Pawrade and now have a healthy, happy mini Aussie.
The process was well orchestrated as evident from Pawrade's team approach. The Pawrade staff addressed all details, including the initial inquiry, transaction, puppy guidance, contracts, transportation and post-delivery follow-up. It was clear that the team, including the breeder, took this process seriously and ensured that our puppy was well cared for during such a delicate time in her life. She arrived safely and was happy to part of our home.........as were we.
We adopted Bailee about a month ago and fell in love with her immediately so we got her sister Callie as well... these babies are my life. Pawrade made the entire process so easy and they kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

Everything went pretty well with Pawrade. I really appreciated everyone's help. There was a little confusion about communication as there were several options to do so (message center, email, text). I didn't care for getting a different team member. The transport team was great, even though communications didnt start where I was expecting them to. But overall, they did a great job re: my new puppy and we are over the moon thrilled with him!
And the entire process was super easy they walked me through everything every time I had a question they answered my questions immediately I would highly recommend them to everyone
The experience took about a week from start to pick up. Everyone was friendly and helpful. When we had to switch communication from my son to myself because I was going to be picking up that was a little stressful because they kept messaging my son who was already back at his base instead of me. Finally the breeder messaged me and than everything was perfect.
