I'm very happy with Pawrade, They did a fantastic job on the communications, texting me, explaining everything , going over everything step by step. And the Transit, had G.P.S so you can keep track of your fur baby. They texted you letting you know how your fur baby was doing. I would differently use them or recommend them to family or friends! Caesar was a hit! We lost our Cobi, who was 15, to possibly an owl. I had some reservations about presenting a new puppy to Martha since she was so attached to Cobi, but she melted when I introduced him in a box with a big bow! Caesar was a hit!

I’m so glad we chose to work with Pawrade, for our new puppy. They were so easy to work with; the information was all up front, and they helped with every step in the process. If we had questions they replied to us quickly. Our sweet little girl was driven cross country by the Puppy Wagon; everything went smoothly, and she was here with us in two days. Trying to buy a dog online can be extremely risky with many scammers out there trying to take advantage of people. I was so fortunate to find Pawrade that is a legitimate site to make the process so easy with all the costs listed up front and concierge service from the moment I reserved our puppy until the follow up after he was received. Purchasing a puppy from Pawrade could not of been a better experience. From the initial communication in buying the puppy, to afterwards in preparing to bring the puppy to his forever home. Lois on the concierge team was so helpful and informative on what to expect. Morgan on the travel team was also very helpful with prompt replies. Along with the Pawrade support team, their Wags and Wheels nanny travel service was outstanding. They kept us informed on travel logistic and took good care of our puppy on the way to us. Would 100% recommend Pawrade !
