I love my dog but I did not care for the process of getting him. I am not able to talk to the breeder direct. It takes a day or sometimes 3 days to get a response back from the breeder. I also do not like the fact you cannot see your puppy in person before you purchase. You have to go off of a video or pictures. I felt the descriptions on the website were misleading. Health guarantee does not cover 100% but only a portion of your purchase. Stating they are ICA registered but they are not until you pay the fee and send the form in. It is only an application.

I would never in my future adopt a puppy from Pawrade ever again she is sick and has been since the day I got her and brought her home. My vet bills are astronomical and now they say that she will need surgery in the future. No refund policy 30 day wellness guarantee baloney.

Everyone was so nice, and the communication was amazing especially since this was started on Thanksgiving. From the first email till the gentleman showed up with the puppy we could not have been happier. She is beautiful and healthy and Pawrade thank you for making our holidays very happy ones.

The communication was choppy and disorganized. The questions we asked about travel/location were not answered accurately. Ultimately we did receive our pup but it took several scheduled attempts and not with a nanny as we paid for.

Everything was great. The reason I gave only four stars instead of five is the name game. I told my liason to pass on to the breeder to please start calling her by the name I gave her. Obviously something went awry. She still doesn't recognize her new given name. After you pay so much for a puppy, you'd think someone would care enough to call her by her new name.

I worked with a concierge named Bobbi, she was absolutely wonderful. She always responded timely, went out of her way to help me, and was a very kind person. The latter part of the pick up could hVe gone better and had better communication. I ended up with the breeder meeting me with the puppy.

Love my Pomsky puppy! I gave a 4 star review because i was given incorrect airport arrival information. If I hadn't decided to confirm details with the airport the puppy might have been returned to sender. Also, she had a parasite that she has a follow-up vet appt for this week to be sure it has cleared up.
