My puppy is truly amazing he is so happy and playful. He used the bathroom right away but took about 8 hour to eat a little within 24 hours eating great and going outside to use bathroom. Pawrade did a good job. The only thing is that it is tremendously pricey. It’s hard to put a value on all of this. I would have also liked more info on the breeder—maybe a quick tour of the facilities, meet the puppies parents, etc. on video. If the breeders aren’t puppy mills, they should have time to do that. But, the puppy is perfect. So that’s great!!

This is a first for me - adopting a pet online, sight unseen (aside from a few puppy pictures). I was very skeptical, and wary, but the TrustPilot ratings helped get me over my hesitation. My experience with Pawrade was absolutely Pawsome! Communication was wonderful, every step of the way. And when I changed my mind about how I wanted my puppy transported, they took care of switching the arrangements, no questions asked. From the day that I reserved the puppy, until she arrived at our house, took just a week. The Pampered Ground delivery was well worth the cost, and the drivers were very pleasant to deal with, providing updates along the way. I would absolutely recommend Pawrade, and would definitely use them again, should the need or desire occur.

I was very skeptical purchasing a puppy on a website from out of town.. But pawrade definitely made this such a smooth and easy experience. They communicated with me daily, answered any questions I had before and during the entire process. I received the sweetest and cutest little puppy. All of the people I dealt with at Pawrade did a great job. I had some confusion about the food and the baggie I received is not the same as the puppy food I bought for her. The transport went well. The gentleman who brought her was very nice. I have one constructive criticism though. She came to my home without a collar or leash, no little blanket from her old home so she could be comforted by the scent, no toy or chew toy that she would have been used to when she came. I spent $1,500 more on her than my last pup and he came with all those things to help his transition. It would have been nice for the breeder to include those inexpensive items with her.
