This is a scam! And I ordered a miniature size dog and they send me a toy size. I been calling them no body give a solution. All the discrimination they have on the website it’s never said it’s was a toy. But we I received the a toy. Even her food bag said it’s a toy all paper works said it’s a toy! I will never buy from them. I am very disappointed because no body answer me

I am not happy that I was sent a puppy who is a known breed for hair in their ear canal who had duel ear infections and yeast. The breeder should be discontinued from Pawtade. Very poor and added expense with vet bill. After I already paid 3K delivered. Disgraceful
Using Pawrade to acquire my puppy was an amazing experience. The communication was prompt & accurate. Every step was explained in detail, including the delivery process. I will say the service is exactly as advertised. But I do think more interaction between seller and the breeder would be really helpful. It was a nerve wracking process not knowing what kind of condition the dog is kept in prior to transport and how they’re taken care of etc. I don’t think I’ll purchase another dog with pawrade unless some changes are made with the process but I do appreciate that it is very straightforward about the way things are done.

Chris is everything they said he was. Exact dog we picked. Communication was great, seller and Pawrade were both flexible as we had to change from pick up to delivery bc the Memorial day holiday. He is sweet, very clean, and simply a joy to have. You guys helped make our family dream pet a reality.

My puppy is truly amazing he is so happy and playful. He used the bathroom right away but took about 8 hour to eat a little within 24 hours eating great and going outside to use bathroom. I am so glad I got him thank you so much Pawrade please thank the breeder as well he is so cute, he will have a happy and spoiled life. Jacque Quintana

The adoption process couldn’t have been easier or worry free. My new puppy arrived this morning and he and I are already best friends! He’s sleeping across my chest right now! Thanks Pawrade for a wonderful experience!

Great communication. The driver really understands and loves dogs!
This company was perfect to work with in finding the perfect puppy for me. They had good communication between the breeder and myself and very easy to work with.

We love our puppy. It was an amazing experience
Pawrade did a good job. The only thing is that it is tremendously pricey. It’s hard to put a value on all of this. I would have also liked more info on the breeder—maybe a quick tour of the facilities, meet the puppies parents, etc. on video. If the breeders aren’t puppy mills, they should have time to do that. But, the puppy is perfect. So that’s great!!
