My husband was on line looking up Poodles and your website was the best with details and plan not shady. I thought the communication was great. This whole process was very easy and there was someone to speak with at all times. I love the 2 men who delivered our baby poodle. They texted us with updates without us asking. The best text was when they said that they were having a disagreement on rock or country..lol Love that.

Ethyl (the puppy formally known as Dillie) is a gift from Heaven. She is smart, fast, curious, quiet, playful, cautious, cuddly, well-behaved around toddlers, perfect temperament and well on her way to being housebroken. My hats of to the wonderful breeder being supported by Pawrade. The transportation piece of this was very smooth and she was delivered to my home safely and on time. We had one small hiccup with her vaccination paperwork that was quickly cleared up by Emily with one short phone call. I would recommend this service based on the breeder selection and Pawrade doing what they say they will. Excellent Experience!!!

The communication and ultimately the puppy are excellent. I left four stars instead of five, because I wanted the pup flown to me and instead she was sent by some "economy" land delivery, where she arrived at 2:30 am in the night! I was not happy about the delivery.

The transaction was pretty painless. The worst part for us was how the transport from Missouri to California affected the pup. The transporters did a good job and got here within a few days. Nonetheless, travel was a bit of a traumatic experience for this little 5-lb pup. It will be a good 10-14 days before we have her "settled" in a reasonable way. She needs a lot of love, which she will get here. I wish I could have spoken to the breeder - some answers would have helped settle her. I'm also not sure what, if any, shots she has had - only the Rabies shot was made clear. She was very much on the "thin" side when she arrived late at night - even the Vet noted she was a bit undernourished. I'm guessing she didn't eat during the transport. Overall, it was an "OK" experience for us.

Everything went very smoothly other than the 4:00 am delivery but that wasn't unexpected as we had been told it could happen. The young man who brought her in was very nice and apologetic. We had never purchased a pet in this manner and, of course, had concerns. Folks don't hesitate to "roll their eyes" as it seems everyone has heard the stories when things didn't go well. We hadn't planned to spend quite so much but understand when purchasing from a breeder. We had tried to adopt a rescue, registered with three different ones with no luck in finding one we could have here. We were a bit concerned with the obvious discount on Aimee compared to her litter mates, wondering why she was still available. We are hoping there is nothing to worry about in the future. We love her, she is a delight and everyone I dealt with was so very helpful and walked me through all the many things required to complete this experience. Thank you.

The staff I worked with were very helpful. Whether by email or phone, there was someone always available to answer questions. I like that they put the puppy first. I asked for a California puppy so that I could pick it up myself, rather than have it travel a long distance. The puppy is healthy, full of love and lots of energy!

There are too many emails and the secure email - not live is not warm and endearing - the puppy and breeder (what limited contact I had) was great - you should really make this more personal and not like a drug transaction - a phone call with out the mail would make you feel much more lik getting the puppy of your dreams - even though Drew is wonderful i would not recommend the site

We crossed our fingers and operated with some blind faith with this lg investment... We are more than pleased with PAWRADE: PUPPY/ PEOPLE & PROCESS. PUPPY arrived happy and healthy. Miniature poodle is a bundle of joy,! She arrived so well socialized that it was like she's always been a part of our family. Today was day 2 and our vet was so very impressed with how healthy she is. Everyone in his office oooed & ahhhed about how very cute she is. All PEOPLE involved have been extremely helpful/ knowledgeable/ kind/ & professional. They appear to be authentic in their love & advocacy of quality care & excellent customer service. I'm very happy with my puppy; however, I wasn't happy that I could not speak directly with the breeder or get a video prior to receiving my puppy. Also, the puppy arrived with yeast infection in his ears even after being certified by a vet that he was good to travel with no issues. Additionally, my puppy has a congenital knee defect. When I brought this up to Customer Service, that my vet diagnosed him, I was simply told that particular breed tends to have that. Considering what I paid for this puppy I found that response less than stellar. I had no heads up for this condition. Perhaps if I'd actually spoken to the breeder directly, I could've been informed of this. Usually, when dealing with a breeder, you're able to video chat, or at least receive videos of your puppy I could only go by Photos, considering the responsibility and high value of this transaction, I think it's very important for people to be able to have some sort of interaction prior to receiving their puppy.

First let me say that when all is said and done, the puppy and end result was worth the trouble but it was a lot of trouble. There seemed to be additional charges not initially agreed, trouble getting answers to basic questions, the texting to my e mail was difficult to read and then understand as I almost never could talk with someone directly. But as I said, the puppy is perfect and we love her immensely.

This purchase turned to SHIT on the day we received our puppy Sasha!!! She was listed as a MINIATURE POODLE ON THE WEBSITE. All the paper work we received upon her delivery listed her as a MOYEN POODLE - this is definitely not a miniature poodle. To make matters worse when we took her to our vet 24 hours after receiving her they found EAR INFECTIONS IN BOTH EARS! We called Parade on the day we received Sasha to report the breed problem, not knowing about the ear infections at that time. They said this would be reported to Senior Management - we have yet to hear back from Parade!!
