My experience with Pawrade was amazing. They were extremely helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. The reason I gave four stars is due to the fact that my puppy was listed as a miniature poodle, but he is in fact a toy poodle - which I didn’t know until I had taken possession of him. The breeder stated that the puppy is a fifth generation toy poodle and she listed him as such. She says the error was Pawrade’s. I’m disappointed that he will be smaller than what I wanted, and may have a slightly different temperament. I was looking forward to having him accompany me on 30-minute walks around the neighborhood, but I don’t know if such a small dog will be able to do that. Otherwise, great experience.

Arrived with GIARDIA in bloom...PetpAY will not reimburse us for the very costly fecal testing...though we are allegedly covered.. Nice pup...sad situation. Also~ did see him listed for much less than half his price on another site...only 2 days after putting down payment. Feel Duped! they would not allow us to break payment and pay fine..& purchase him through the inexpensive site.Problematic transaction ...and now arrives with GIARDIA! Brandon family...truly in shock!

I have had my little poodle puppy from Pawrade for about 6 days and every day I love her more. She is the sweetest little girl. Everyone I spoke with at Pawrade (Donna C, Katherine P, Cindy W, and the young lady who brought my puppy to me on American Airlines Nicole,) were very helpful and polite every step of the way.) There were some delays due to ground transportation not being available, but Cindy arranged for my puppy to be brought with a fight nanny (Nicole) and my little dog arrived on time in a little carrier that was just the right size. I was more than happy to get my little poodle. Only issue I had that upset me was how tiny and thin the puppy was. I could feel every rib and every vertebrae in her back. I took her to the vet that same day, and he agreed that she was very underweight. At the vets recommendation she is getting twice as much food and is improving a little bit every day. Please feed the puppies more so they won't be too thin, and the mother dogs too.

I was a little hesitant using Pawrade initially, as I've always purchased my other dogs from a breeder that I knew. But right from the first contact and request for information on a puppy that we fell in love with (the photo at least), we have had a great experience. Smooth, lots of communication, all of our questions were answered and we now have our new puppy at home with us! Would recommend.

The entire process was absolutely flawless. Great communication throughout. Any questions we had were promptly answered and we always found people available on the telephone. We had never purchased a dog in this manner because we’ve always been able to go to pet stores or breeders directly but things have changed obviously. We found exactly what we wanted on the site which was a pretty rare color of miniature poodle, located one and three weeks later she’s in our home. She’s healthy and happy and the people who delivered the dog were just great. They have a lot of caring, are considerate, and frankly we can’t say enough good things about them. Hopefully they will receive some sort of recognition as a result of this review. Overall, no complaints, And we recommend this service to anyone. It was the most expensive dog we’ve ever purchased but, I think we got what we paid for and our extreme satisfied all the way around.

The pawrade team was very good during initial contact. However as the process went on, the travel person for the team was unresponsive to messages or took a very long time to get back in contact with me. The team alerted me of a discrepancy due to an advertising error which was that my puppy was 3 weeks older than what was stated. Aside from that I didn’t have any of the breeders contact information until the night before I was supposed to leave to pick up the puppy even though everything was confirmed earlier. When I reached out for assistance I will say that the customer service team was incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had all of my questions answered even when it wasn’t their area. Overall Jessica and Carli were both incredibly helpful.

We are so in love with our new puppy and Pawrade was wonderful and communicative. However, I would suggest there also be rating on the breeders the puppy comes from. Though we don't have any issues with our puppy, the breeder wasn't very helpful or even responsive to questions I asked. Simple questions such as when would he suggest spaying or what is her personality compared to the rest of her litter or what surface was she used to going potty on, etc.

The Pawrade process was fantastic. Each person I communicated with was so knowledgeable and pleasant. And the delivery of my puppy was handled with such good care by the Wags on Wheels team. Aaron and Karen were so sweet and took such good care of my puppy on his journey to me.

While I’m happy with my puppy, there were three significant oversights during this transaction. First, I asked several times if I would get the AKC paperwork and health record for the parents and Pawrade said yes. When I had the Zoom interview with the breeder, that’s what i recall as well. I ended up having to request the AKC paperwork after I got the puppy. I also never received the AKC paperwork on the litter. Second, the puppy was incorrectly listed as a mini poodle. He is a toy poodle. I specifically wanted a mini poodle. I’m now recalibrating my expectations based on what will likely be reduced agility, athleticism etc. Lastly, he was given a haircut before he came to me without my consent. While I appreciate the intention, I actually did not want the puppy to be groomed. I have a strong preference for the full puppy coat for aesthetic reasons so I was disappointed to see that it was cut. These items which I view as unacceptable need to be rectified for future transactions.

Pawrade was very helpful and covered every detail. The ladies were pleasant to work with during the process with answering questions. The travel process went well and Ezra bounced back quickly. He is a delightful puppy and has yet to cry or whine. He eats well and loves to play. Our vet gave him a good review. House training still needs work!🤔 We’ll get through it! Thank you.

The puppy is perfect. Her vet check here was excellent and she is well socialized as promised. My problem was with the delivery and communication as to when she would get here. All the relevant phone calls are in your records. The delivery company did their best and she arrived in great condition despite having to travel an extra day due to the phone issue. The delivery company was not told my phone is a landline and so texted me as to when they would arrive. Naturally, I didn’t get any messages. So, having stayed at home, glued to my phone all of Friday and Saturday, I finally gave up Sunday morning and went to church at 9:30. It was during that one hour and 10 minutes I was gone that she arrived. The first I knew of anything was a missed call at 10:10 AM. Had the delivery company been informed I had a landline, they would have called before 9:30 and all would have been well. I did all I could to avoid this situation, please review your taped phone calls.

We were a little nervous based on the reviews we read but I’m so glad to say that none of them are true! Our puppy is in perfect health, beautiful grooming/condition, and has the perfect personality for our family! We were happy to call and talk with real people whenever we had any questions and the email/text system was very easy to use.
