This is a first for me - adopting a pet online, sight unseen (aside from a few puppy pictures). I was very skeptical, and wary, but the TrustPilot ratings helped get me over my hesitation. My experience with Pawrade was absolutely Pawsome! Communication was wonderful, every step of the way. And when I changed my mind about how I wanted my puppy transported, they took care of switching the arrangements, no questions asked. From the day that I reserved the puppy, until she arrived at our house, took just a week. The Pampered Ground delivery was well worth the cost, and the drivers were very pleasant to deal with, providing updates along the way. I would absolutely recommend Pawrade, and would definitely use them again, should the need or desire occur.

We just adopted our second dog from Pawrade and it was even better the second time. They are a company that truly cares about the well-being of the pups. They are great communicators and we had a wonderful experience.
She is a blessing to us. We need to break her from burring. She has been good going outside to go to bathroom. He loved her from the start. Thank you

I was anxious, not knowing the process of purchasing a puppy online. I was guided personally through the process every step of the way. The delivery of Express Puppy was professional and personal. Jake and Andrew were personable which gave me comfort from being anxious. The moment I held William was heart warming. Every moment has been a joy. Thank you Pawrade!

I was very skeptical purchasing a puppy on a website from out of town.. But pawrade definitely made this such a smooth and easy experience. They communicated with me daily, answered any questions I had before and during the entire process. I received the sweetest and cutest little puppy. I couldn’t be happier :) he came healthy, clean and freshly groomed. Now this curious little pup is living luxuriously with 3 beds, 20 toys, 80 types of treats and the best little life I could give him. 5 star experience. Thank you. @itsminibenji

Our experience was very positive. Pawrade kept us informed throughout the entire process and was very receptive when we had questions. I would definitely recommend Pawrade to others. The delivery team was great! They kept us informed as they were transporting out puppy!

All of the people I dealt with at Pawrade did a great job. I had some confusion about the food and the baggie I received is not the same as the puppy food I bought for her. The transport went well. The gentleman who brought her was very nice. I have one constructive criticism though. She came to my home without a collar or leash, no little blanket from her old home so she could be comforted by the scent, no toy or chew toy that she would have been used to when she came. I spent $1,500 more on her than my last pup and he came with all those things to help his transition. It would have been nice for the breeder to include those inexpensive items with her.

I had never heard Of Pawrade and was skeptical at first. However, information was presented very professionally and staff very helpful. Website is well done and graphics. It would be helpful if time between payment and pickup was shorter. What is happening during that time? Delivery was nail bitingly long. But, Express Puppies was very good to answer questions . Belle arrived this morning and is a wonderful addition to our family. She is friendly and loveable. She has her first vet appointment today but I already know she is healthy.
