Everything went smoothly. We appreciate all of the communications from Pawrade, all of the details, all of the instructions, the detailed emails, the text messages telling me to check for a new email, and especially the warm and friendly telephone conversations with members of your team (Shannon and Regina in particular) and with the driver (who called and texted me for two full days before the arrival of our puppy). Our puppy has now been with us for a full day, and she is perfect! She is even more than we had hoped - cuter and smarter and livelier and more loving! Thank you for a wonderful experience! We definitely recommend Pawrade to anyone with specific needs in what they seeking in a puppy (breed, sex, color, age). Thank you!

We could not be happier with our new addition to the family. The staff at Pawrade was extremely helpful and responsive through the whole process, especially when her flight was cancelled. Shannon at Pawrade was able to arrange alternate transportation for our puppy to bring her to us as quickly as possible. We could not be happier with everything they did. Thank you

Dog is great. And, my son is happy. But, I really not fond of the ground delivery process - the dog was so tire and run down. The driver careless about the dog during the delivery process.

I was so skeptical at the beginning of our journey to bring Bruno (Howard) into our family due to the fact other places I contacted were scams. I stand corrected and happy I had Pawrade on my side. Every detail was met and we have a darling puppy named Willow! The only thing that was lacking was the gap in the transportation communication. Otherwise, love the com play and will recommend!

We are happy with our sweet baby boy. He is precious. I bought the gel and dog food you recommended. The nanny hand delivered him to me at the airport. I received all of his paperwork. He goes to our vet on Tuesday. He is receiving so much love! We appreciate how caring the breeder is. I received so much information before Tucker arrived. Thank you !

My puppy turned out to be even better than on the picture and the price was modest . What I wish was better about the website : You don't know even approximate location of the puppy until you go through with an order , the delivery cost was really high and the price was only given to me next day after I placed the order. So I had to fly across the US from California to Indiana to get my furry ball of happiness.

Everything went so smoothly. The people at Pawrade were so helpful getting answers to my questions. They were very patient and kind guiding me through each step. My travel Nanny even delivered my new puppy to my door. I can not thank her enough. Ginger ( formerly Tracy) and I are bonding wonderfully. Thank you so much.
