I would never use pawrade ever. I was told puppy was in orem Ut, based on the information I got I thought it would make sense to make a family trip out of it to go pick up our puppy. I had a stop on vegas and was not Given the address to the breeder until the morning of. Come to find out the breeder whom was a life savor in my case ended up living 2 and a half hours North east of where I was initially told… if the breeder was not king enough enough to come and meet me at the last Tesla charging station available then I wouldn't have made it at all. Trip ended up costing me over the initial delivery fee and additional overage charges of my rental car. They have a million people dealing with each purchase so it makes it very complicated and not personal.. so yeah I am not happy with my experience and will not be dealing with them ever again

The whole process was excellent. The breeder was super nice and met us part way in our 500 mile journey.

Everyone I talked with was friendly and wanted to help. My situation was unique because my son-in-law picked up my puppy and everyone helped that happen. She is wonderful great personality. I have named her Fiona. I'm very happy

We have our sweet boy home and he is happy and healthy! The communication during the whole process was great I felt like Pawrade was really responsive, the only issue we ran into was the flight and communication with the airline and Pawrade. Connecting flight was missed leaving our guy in Chicago. The airlines got my guy on a plane however Pawrade didn't know he was in flight they were telling me they had no update. So we only knew to pick him up because my husband called the airlines to track him. My concern was they told me he was still in Chicago and they checked and confirmed he was in Chicago but my husband physically had him in Arizona at the pickup location. The travel issues were stressful and unfortunate. I do hope they are able to work on the communication with the airlines because we would consider using Pawrade again in the future if we could guarantee that wouldn't happen again

Kelly Took care of us on day one and kept us informed throughout entire process. Always responded to all messages. The transport team was also very caring and made sure Piper was taken care of and arrived stress free.

I'm in love with my new puppy, Bella (formerly Isabela)! Thank you for your wonderful service. I can tell that Bella has been carefully raised and socialized by her breeder. She's comfortable with everyone and never fears sounds. I appreciate the care you took in shipping her by air. She arrived a little messy, but happy. The Nutri-Cal was essential immediately and especially the first few days. Now she is eating well and growing nicely. Thanks again.

Pawrade and the peope that kept me updated on Maverick....made me feel secure and apprecited how they cared for my Puppy. Christian? handed me Maverick on Sunday, righ on time and kept me updated as he drove to my home. I am so very pleased with Maverick, he is loving and full of energy and it only took 1 day for him to settle in. Thank you Pawrade for everything and I have told so many people about you. You deserve ore than 5 stars......You have made my life complete.

The puppy they chose for me bass on my criteria was spot on. The Zoom sessions went well and the breeder advice was very good. Even if he gives a part of an Oreo to his sire and dam at night. The road trip over 2000 miles was arduous for the puppy and she was wild, terrified, clinging, nipping and jumping but is now the perfect puppy once she settled in. Looks perfect. Rosie is a mini poodle and learned fetch in one day and was leash trained in one day. She's working on potty training. Pretty responsive staff. Overall I'd highly recommend for the puppy quality and value.

Will definitely use pawrade in the future for another fur baby. I already recommend my family and friends to use pawrade. Everything was a smooth process and they keep in touch with you on everything.
