Overall my expectations were met. We love our new dog but realize we probably should have waited until spring to get him! He's doing very well with potty training already. Some details are not clear like signing up for his insurance coverage. Also not clear if I should notify you when he had his first vet appointment within 72 hours. Since this was emphasized I am surprised there isn't an easy way to notify.

Great service. We where originally supposed to get our puppy Dec 17. He was extended to Dec 23. We did get him at Christmas morning at 5 am.

Impressed by the professionalism of the staff. We encountered some major hurdles that were eventually overcome. If there's one negative we would comment on, at times it seemed like there were just too many people involved. We were often not sure who to contact. Sometimes info communicated to one person would not be known by another. We recommend that Pawrade designate one or at most two contact reps to communicate with customer.

Desi is great. Initially the communication was good with the representatives of Pawrade, but that did not hold off. It took entirely long to get the pup. But I am happy to have him now.

Getting our new family member Piper is a joy. Pawrade made it easy and the customer service was very caring. Transportation took longer then we expected. I would do flight next time, only an hour of transport as opposed to 3 days traveling.

THANK YOU! We really enjoyed using Pawrade, and we are so excited about our new puppy. Pawrade was very professional with the transaction and available with any and all questions we had. One thing that may enhance the experience in the future is to provide more info on the specific puppies that people are interested in -- for example if you expressed interest in a certain puppy you could get more info, pictures, notes, or videos on them. When we asked for additional information on the puppies we liked, we were able to narrow down our search and pick the perfect one for us!

Everything went well. I did call on the 7th day of my purchasing my puppy to see if I could exchange the puppy for a different breed. Someone with that knowledge was supposed to call me back but never did.

Charly is perfectly adorable and has adjusted very well. He quickly became attached at the hip to me, his new Momma. We're working on potty training and going on walks/heeling, learning to love his kennel. My puppy concierge, Tony Stray was always amazing, available and incredible. Pawrade is way over priced, I picked up a dog that would have sold for 2500 and I ended up paying over 4000. They will not give you the breeders info till they have the money because that is truly all they care about. If you decide it's just too much you lose your deposit. It's a very lengthly project, not happy

We just got our pal macho today. He's super cute and sweet. I felt very taken cate of during the process of adopting him.
