Received our new companion, a Poodle, who is adorable. Pawrade did an excellent job of communicating constantly during the transition of our baby boy. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is he is 3 months old and much bigger than his pictures of 6-8 weeks old online, so he is a little more challenging to train since training really needs to begin around 8 weeks. Overall we are very happy as he is awesome! Pawrade should add more pictures often to reflect what your new companion looks like so expectations of appearance are met...

I had a very good experience with Pawrade. I was looking for a Moyen Standard Poodle after my beloved Labradoodle crossed over the rainbow bridge on 12/15/22 We saw "Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough " We call him "Chip". picture and fell in love. His Pawrade name was Timo. I say Chip was born for us because his birthday is 12/14/22. One day before we said goodbye to Nikita. The concierges were very helpful. I would recommend Pawrade if you are seriously ready for a new addition to your family.

There is a great selection of great pets, they are very friendly and helpful with tips, plus there was communication throughout the entire process. There is no word can express how the processes of getting our beautiful puppy was excellent. It was very smooth clear communication fast response from the team helpful chat platform . They prepared us on what to expect and gave us great tips on how to taken care of him during arrival . When he arrive he was clean got food and his crate was comfortable it couldn't be any better . We told all our friends and Family to get their puppies from pawrade .

This was a great experience! Everyone was super nice super helpful! They respond to your calls and messages!! and answered all of my questions! Some people think this is a scam but it's not! I am living proof!! This is the best way to purchase a dog if you have to purchase one!! this is the best thing I ever did! I love my puppy and I love the whole experience!

I got my new standard poodle from Pawrade they were very helpful in getting my new puppy. The transporter that transport my puppy to me was very helpful they let me know the whole way how she was doing. Maggie is playful energetic. If I was to get another puppy I would go through Pawrade.

The adoption process was alright! Had a few problems but overall okay I guess. The Transport was horrible, no communication at all. I pretty much worried about them until they where at my door! Would not recommend paying for driving transportation. So stressful! I was in Crying!

Angie, we're sorry if there was not enough communication from the drivers during the transport process. Their primary responsibilities include safely transporting the puppies and attending to their needs. While the driver did communicate his expected arrival date/time in advance, they cannot provide constant updates while on the road. We apologize if this was stressful for you but we are delighted to know Gladys arrived happy & healthy!

Great experience with Pawrade. I found Midas a great standard poodle to train as a service dog for my disabled son. The communication was great and they answered all my questions in a quick detailed manner. He is a great chill pup with a great personality as described. The only problem I had was with the transport team they transported him safely across 6 state lines but were not very organized or polite with delivery and the pup had an infection developed over transport but was easily treated. Over all amazing service and I will definitely be using Pawrade again when I get a service dog for my daughter.
