OMG I have a wild dog on my hands.She ran out into my pasture land ad slept by the river.The dog catcher caught her in a trap.I am 81yrs old.L cant handle this dog.Please call me to make arrangements to send her back.asap

My experience of getting a puppy through Pawrade was very good. Our new puppy is beautiful and getting to know her new surroundings. The meeting with our breeder went very smoothly. She was so nice.
We did find the perfect puppy! Thank you for helping us.

Communication was really good at first. Then it went to the travel person and went downhill. I almost was going to have the breeder reschedule their flight because they didn't send me the bill. Pawrade had said the breeder was potty training the dog but that wasn't the truth. The breeder had 19 puppies and of course didn't have time to train.I wish I started out with the first person the whole time. Handing it off made it a terrible experience at the end.

Everything was a smooth experience, the purchase and the customer service was great with Pawrade. There were times that no one answered the phone. The only thing I did not like was the delivery of the pet dog. I paid $1099 for the pet's flight. The flight nanny tried to board the plane many times on 9/24 on standby. The dog was too big for the carrier that he had. The flight nanny had a carrier big enough for a cat. The breeder had to provide a larger carrier. The nanny was a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines and he flies on standby for free. The nanny who lives in Atlanta had to stay at a hotel in Denver Colorado with the dog one night to see if he can board a flight the next day. The flight nanny asked me if I was supposed to pay him when he delivered the dog. I told him no because I already paid $1099. The breeder had to pay for the hotel stay. Finally, he was able to fly the next day. They used Next Day Pets to deliver the pet. Not a reliable company to use.

The process was complicated, but I think it showed that Pawrade is a serious company. Puppy arrived healthy, although very dirty, but we were told to expect this. Transport must not have been that traumatizing because he is already playing with us and with his big brother Paul! Overall, the stringent process made me feel like Pawrade was a serious company, completely focused on the well-being of our Puppy.

The process of buying and communicating with the breeder and understanding everything you need to have before your puppy arrives is very good. My issue of it all is in regards of travel for my puppy. I bought most expensive option in order to have things go as smoothly as possible and so that puppy can have less stress through the process of arriving to me. But they say they only fly standby (meaning there is no guarantee they will even make that flight) Puppy was flying from Houston to LA, they missed 3 flights, were at the airport all day and wanted me to wait for next day for them to TRY to make a flight. NO GUARANTEE that was even going to happen, there were very affordable tickets (100-200) for flights that same day or next. That would be easiest to thing to do and have the puppy avoid all this stress and health risks. At the end I ended up flying to Houston to pick up poor puppy from breeder and spent much more that I could've avoided if I knew how much drama it was going to be.

I found it difficult getting answers to my questions about my pup ex. height weight training. they informed me he was well socialized and crate trained , he is not . He is healthy and sweet but my vet says he is not a standard poodle but a golden doodle. I still (one week after receiving pup) have not received the paperwork, ownership or pedigree papers. He is HUGE at 5.5 mo and 42lbs. I had to return crates I purchased because they are too small and purchase XL crate to begin to crate train him. He is beautiful and I am happy I have him but do believe I was misled on certain points.

My Puppy was excellent! she's very loving and was Just what I Order. She makes me very Happy I Enjoy watching her play Thank You sooo much. the whole transaction was smooth the Team explained the whole process and was exactly like they said I want to Thank Kenny for being there all the step of the way. He did a great Job. and Christie as well and of course The whole team. Thank you all Sooo Much For Job Well Done. Our Family is now Complete Words can't not explain The warmth and happinesses. Witch Fills that Empty spot when My first little Girl Pass On Ginger I Missed her Dearly Once's again Thank You from the bottom of my heart!

Pawrade kept in touch throughout the entire process and made it go so smoothly!! I received updates, including what food to purchase prior to her arrival, without asking. I have been the victim of a puppy scam in the past, so having a service helped to ease my mind. She arrived perfectly happy, and ready to play. Sweetest little poodle ever, we love her 💕

Everyone I spoke to or dealt with was very helpful. Lots of nice people! However, way too many emails....got very confusing for me since I don't do technology! The delivery guys were very nice....called to let me know how things were prceeding.
My puppy is beautiful. Upon arrival she was perfect. Everyone at Pawrade was kind, caring, and thorough. This was a beautiful experience.

I absolutely love my puppy. I loved that I could ask how Tuck was doing while I awaited for him and I always got an update. The education that was done on what to expect and how to follow through and take the best care of Tuck was very thorough. Overall a very good experience!

Received our new companion, a Poodle, who is adorable. Pawrade did an excellent job of communicating constantly during the transition of our baby boy. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is he is 3 months old and much bigger than his pictures of 6-8 weeks old online, so he is a little more challenging to train since training really needs to begin around 8 weeks. Overall we are very happy as he is awesome! Pawrade should add more pictures often to reflect what your new companion looks like so expectations of appearance are met...

I had a very good experience with Pawrade. I was looking for a Moyen Standard Poodle after my beloved Labradoodle crossed over the rainbow bridge on 12/15/22 We saw "Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough " We call him "Chip". picture and fell in love. His Pawrade name was Timo. I say Chip was born for us because his birthday is 12/14/22. One day before we said goodbye to Nikita. The concierges were very helpful. I would recommend Pawrade if you are seriously ready for a new addition to your family.
