Communucation for the most part was excellent. Some moments of silence while asking detailed questions. Just so you know, little Grace is the sweetest little girl (4 1/2 mo, 6 1/2 lb). Jeremy, the person who delivered her by ground transportation was superb. I would give him 5 stars, although I've given you an overall rating of 4 stars. Grace is (finally) sleeping on my bed by my side now. I'm exhausted. She definitely has go-go-go puppy energy; exploring her new surroundings, sniffing and chewing (with my constant redirection) everything. Thank you for doing what you do. It's an EXCELLENT service for getting new dogs to their new homes. Straight up. No drama. No complications. Thanks.

Our toy poodle was just as expected. The arrangements for travel with a nanny went smoothly and he arrived after an in-eventful trip. He is delightful and full of energy. Pawrade made the experience easy from start to finish…even when he was going to be dropped of in Portland, Oregon instead of Portland, Maine - our travel agent got things changed and he arrived as promised.

The transaction was great and my kids (I have 5 of them) are all absolutely in love with the puppy who's name is now Ovi. Five stars for dealing with Pawrade. However, Ovi came with worms and the vet says he's underweight. He's also dehydrated and very lethargic. He wont drink water nor chicken broth. We can't get him to drink no matter what we try. We may have to bring him back to the vet again later today.

Had to deal with to many people. Would be less confusing if one person took you through the process. Only would speak with you through text. I would have to plead to get a phone call. Very rigid.. We got Sox At 930pm on a Thursday night. You have only 72 hours to get wellness check up. There were no openings on Friday. So check up was on Monday. So Sox did not qualify for 2 week or 1 month health insurance. A little pricey too. The transportation to our home went smoothly. The flight nanny was wonderful. We are very happy with Sox. Thank you to the wonderful breeder.

I highly recommend Pawrade. I have never purchased a dog from an online company before, but now that I have, I highly recommend Pawrade. Paul was my initial contact, as the "puppy concierge" and he was thorough in his knowledge and very customer friendly. Tina, customer service assistant, from Pawrade wrote continuous follow-up emails filled with information and suggestions. The monetary aspects were handled by Shannon of PetPay, and were clean, accurate, and another wonderful aspect to this adoption process. The individual customer service by Paul, Tina, and Shannon was so appreciated by me. They each responded quickly to any question or issue. I absolutely knew from the beginning of this process that it was a legitimate, respected, valuable avenue for adopting a puppy. My family and I are thrilled. Again, many thanks to the three individuals with whom I dealt.

Overall it was a fine performance. Our pup got here in good shape, but a bit late because of weather and airlines. The staff was very responsive to my questions and demands. This was my first experience with your organization and it was a good experience. The only other thing I would say is that your communication system is cumbersome and to a novice unintelligible.

If you are looking for a real company to help you find and get your new fur-babby, they are the ones to use! Everything was professional, prompt and courteous service, and ultimately got our baby delivered with care! We are beyond pleased with Pawrade as we were so unsure of who we could trust, but they are not only trustworthy, but were amazing from the first contact until our baby came home. Five plus stars in our book!

I have wanted a toy poodle for many years. I found an adorable chocolate toy poodle on the Pawrade website and quickly sent a message that I was interested in him. All representatives from Pawrade that I worked with but especially Shannon went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and also to make sure that I had all the necessary information I needed to care for my sweet puppy. Shannon stayed in contact with me often during the process. My puppy was delivered to my house and the courier that brought him to me communicated with me often during the trip to let me know how he was doing during the travel here and sent me pictures along the way. He is happy and healthy and this whole process getting him here couldn't have gone any better. Thank you Shannon and Pawrade for making this process so easy and pleasant!!

WE LOVE OUR PUPPY PIPER (DIXIE). SHE IS SO CUTE AND LOVABLE. WE HAVE TO GIVE THREE STARS BECAUSE OF ALL THE AGGRIVATION WE HAD TRYING TO GET A PUPPY. THE PEOPLE WERE WONDERFUL BUT THEY NEED BETTER COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE BREEDERS. TO SIGN A CONTRACT AND PAY FOR A PUPPY AND HAVE THE BREEDER JUST UP AND CHANGE HER MIND WITHOUT TELLING ANYONE IS UNACCEPTABLE. WE HOPE THAT IF THERE ARE BREEDERS LIKE THAT THEY ARE BANNED FROM THIS COMPANY. WE APPRECIATE YOU TAKING THIS AS A GOOD THING.
