From the moment I made the call, which was on a Sunday. To see if the puppy was still available and where he was located, to the delivery of our new puppy was flawless. I've actually have never purchased a puppy via internet or from a different state. So this process was new to me and to be honest I was a bit hesitant. But I was simply blessed. The process of payment, receipt of payment all the docusign documents and emails were taken care of immediately. I was constantly sent emails for updates. When my puppy was going to be picked up and then the drivers were notifying me constantly as well. From the moment they picked him up to the time he was dropped off to my front door, I was able to track him and the drivers 24-7. He was delivered clean, healthy, fully vaccinated and extremely happy to be home. This was a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much.

Sashi (Akara) got car sick first 2 hrs, projectile sick, it was all over my sleeve. Then, she was fine. In the hotel room, she was happy and playful. The next morning she got sick just a little, then no more the rest of the trip. The kids (7, 9, & 11) were ecstatic and adopted her from the start. Sashi, of course, wagged her tail profusely and licked their faces. She is such a happy, little girl!! Pawrade was amazing! Informative, supportive, etc. They gave me great advice for traveling, as we drove from IN to FL.

I love my puppy! The only thing is that her picture was taken when she was 2 weeks old. When I picked her up at 10 weeks, her color had completely changed. It's ok though, I love her.

This was a very easy way to purchase a healthy puppy. I had some anxiety from paying a lot of money online for a puppy, but the people at Pawrade were helpful, easy to work with and reassuring as I waited for my puppy to head my direction. I appreciated the secure site they provided for my payments and any question or concerns were immediately answered by Pawrade. I paid for the transportation of my pup to my home in Washington state. It was a little inconvenient that my pup arrived at 2:30 am on a Sunday when I had to get up for work, but the pup was well cared for by the young men who brought her to me. After just a few minutes my pup was settled in and giving me kisses. I am very pleased with my pup who is healthy, happy and ornery as all git out. Totally adorable too. She has been to the vet and is scheduled for her first beauty shop treatment next week. You really can't go wrong using Pawrade for your pet purchase and I would buy another pup through this great service.

Our puppy could not be sweeter or cuter and more loving and loved! We feel so fortunate to have gotten him! He was obviously well cared for! Tony our puppy concierge was outstanding and so helpful in every way. He had to assist me many times especially with technology and was alway pleasant and and kind. He always got back to me immediately if had a question. They also provided so much helpful information! It could not have been a better experience!

This was my first on line transaction and I was very nervous but all.the "puppy people" from the first phone call to the delivery were patient,knowledgeable,friendly and were genuinely happy for the whole transaction. We love our new Toy Poodle puppy "Irie", thanks PawRade and PetPay! She arrived 3 days ago, happy and full of energy. She quickly adapted to her new surroundings, which we carefully prepared ahead of time. She is eating, drinking, peeing, and pooing quite normally. Obviously she was in good health which the Vet exam confirmed later the day she arrived, except for having some ear mites which the Vet treated immediately. A friend told me that all puppies have ear mites, so I guess that was to be expected. We are excited to start our new life journey with "Irie". Thanks to PawRade and PetPay for such a thoroughly professional manner of bringing puppy and new owners together with a feeling of confidence in the process.

My little Lulu (formerly Claire) is a little slice of heaven. I couldn't be happier. I was very happy with Pawrade for how thorough they were with the paperwork, setting up a phone call with the breeder, preparing me in advance with info, answering my questions, etc. It really set my mind at ease knowing I wasn't dealing with a puppy mill. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and in fact, I already have. I was very satisfied with the ground transport and their team. They were so friendly and I was able to track them all the way to my house. They answered all my questions as well and chatted with us on how my puppy's trip was. Hats off to you Pawrade. You did good. Thank you so much for bringing us this little bundle of joy. My husband and I are very, very, very happy.
