I had a great experience purchasing my puppy from this company! The entire transaction was smooth and professional, and I’m so happy with my new little one—healthy, happy, and exactly what I was hoping for. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would have appreciated a bit more communication throughout the process. When you’re eagerly waiting to welcome a new puppy into your home, those little updates—daily or even every other day—really mean a lot. That said, everything went well and I would still recommend them to anyone looking for a new furry friend.

I left a message were I had been communicating with the girls. Please see that. I know I probably frustrated these poor girls because I feel in love with half a dozen puppies before I could finally come up with the money. But either way I have my fur baby now and she is the sweetest thing. I’m just so much in love with her. Despite having trouble coming up with the money for a puppy, the girls were very patient and kind with me. The guys who delivered her to me, I only met one guy was so nice he helped me understand some things and he was very sweet. I did not have any extra money when they came (payday is Wednesday) but I would love to send then a tip. Can you find out how I do that. I’d give Pawrade an A+. All the way around. Thank you Pawrade for selling me the perfect puppy.

Pawrade is top notch! From day one we felt this was the best place to find our toy poodle puppy. The staff kept us informed every step through the process of picking out the right puppy to getting Ollie (Lager) to our doorstep from highly trained transporters. I love the puppy that I received, however the picture that is needed showing I received the puppy was not easy to facilitate since I/many people are not familiar to do. I'm also depending on the gentlemen that took the picture to "upload" and send since it was explained by pawrade that would be done on their side and If I wasn't able to figure it our they would at lease have it from their delivery company that they use. As far as sending the Vet appointment, which was done, I sent it to the email address that was given to me from Lois, as an attachment, but have not heard from anyone as far as confirmation. That would be nice for pawrade to follow up ASAP so I have submitted all that needs to be done on my end of this. I paid at lease $4,000 and have followed all instructions and would appreciate contact from Pawrade to see how all is going and if they need any other information from me.

Contacted me a lot and were very friendly when was looking to purchase. It was harder to reach when there's an issue or question once the puppy was sold to me. I don't know if this was a glitch or typical, but it was confusing. Meanwhile, getting the receipt of the puppy once shipped was a nightmare. It was a very negative start to an experience that was supposed to be joyful. Hopefully things will go better moving forward.

My dog came to me at 5 o’clock in the morning with puke and Doodoo and twigs in her hair and the smell was worth worse than skunk.

Purchase was fine, picked up my puppy and that was fine. This puppy does all his waste in his crate and I find that very unusual. We’re thinking that our boy was stuck in a crate for long periods of time. The ad says that the puppy was crate trained and that is definitely not the case

I am happy with the transactions, each team is cordial and helpful. I have been informed every step of the way. My puppy travel arrangements is better than I expected. American Airline provided helpful updates and convenient pick up. However, I am disappointed that my puppy is under weight; she is skinny to the bones and her right eyes looks abnormal rather a bright clear puppy eyes and look like she has not yet received any potty training. Other than that Khoe is cute and so sweet. No doubt, she is receiving unlimited love from us. Best, Nary
