Overall, majority of the process was pretty easy and smooth. However, there were several instances where they were gaps in communication. One major gap was the original information for the air transport made. It appear as if you were physically meeting someone with your pup. Nowhere in the instructions did it tell you you needed to go to priority cargo to pick up the pet. Yes, it tells you a tracking number to track the cargo but it never says how to obtain or even who you should ask for. When I attempt it to make a phone call to the number on the website as well as the number that has been calling me throughout this process or the number in the messages and emails I did not get a single person to answer. It wasn't until my 7th attempt on the day that I am actually sitting outside of the airport trying to figure this out that I got someone who was able to explain to me after she spoke to someone in the travel department. Overall, the experience was great.

The steps to adopt a puppy is simple and fairly quick. It took longer than expected to receive our puppy, first due to the puppy not being able to board his flight, and because it was on a Saturday, we were not informed. We stayed at the airport for two hours and paid for parking before we were informed the puppy did not get on the plan. The second flight was then scheduled for the following week, which at 1:30am I got a call stating the dog can not board the plane once more. We decided to go with ground travel and we were able to track the movement of the travel van the entire time. Our puppy arrived at 4:30am. We then noticed we received the wrong puppy, which is actually the brother of the puppy we initially adopted. That was another shocker. We went ahead and decided to keep him. I think parade is a good company, but we got the once in a while mixups of troubles. All in all, we are happy with our adopted puppy.

Many e-mails, conditions to make sure that Louie will come home save and health. We have him for 48 horas and feel like he born here. This has been the most unpleasant experience, when purchasing my puppy you have to pay the entire amount plus taxes upfront. It was going to be 4 weeks before I could pickup, Holly was great next Shannon Travel Mgr, Emily CS Liaison, Kelly CS Liaison really great, Ashlea Health Team then Ashley for final steps. Throughout this process trying to get any info by message or by calling was impossible. When you finally did get anything from someone it was always will have to check with breeder. I rec the health/report 4 days before and she had a Inguinal Hernia and to still get her I had to sign a Pre-Existing form signing I would be resp for the surgery of the hernia, they did reimburse me $200 out of the thousands I paid if I did not sign I would not get the puppy. After my vet check no Hernia. The Breeders name I rec was not even the breeder only the admin for breeder. Only got breeders name at delivery in paperwork. Finally my baby is all I dreamed of and more.

I had a great experience purchasing my puppy from this company! The entire transaction was smooth and professional, and I’m so happy with my new little one—healthy, happy, and exactly what I was hoping for. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would have appreciated a bit more communication throughout the process. When you’re eagerly waiting to welcome a new puppy into your home, those little updates—daily or even every other day—really mean a lot. That said, everything went well and I would still recommend them to anyone looking for a new furry friend.

I left a message were I had been communicating with the girls. Please see that. I know I probably frustrated these poor girls because I feel in love with half a dozen puppies before I could finally come up with the money. But either way I have my fur baby now and she is the sweetest thing. I’m just so much in love with her. Despite having trouble coming up with the money for a puppy, the girls were very patient and kind with me. The guys who delivered her to me, I only met one guy was so nice he helped me understand some things and he was very sweet. I did not have any extra money when they came (payday is Wednesday) but I would love to send then a tip. Can you find out how I do that. I’d give Pawrade an A+. All the way around. Thank you Pawrade for selling me the perfect puppy.

The staff kept us informed every step through the process of picking out the right puppy to getting Ollie (Lager) to our doorstep from highly trained transporters. I love the puppy that I received, however the picture that is needed showing I received the puppy was not easy to facilitate since I/many people are not familiar to do. I'm also depending on the gentlemen that took the picture to "upload" and send since it was explained by pawrade that would be done on their side and If I wasn't able to figure it our they would at lease have it from their delivery company that they use. As far as sending the Vet appointment, which was done, I sent it to the email address that was given to me from Lois, as an attachment, but have not heard from anyone as far as confirmation. That would be nice for pawrade to follow up ASAP so I have submitted all that needs to be done on my end of this. I paid at lease $4,000 and have followed all instructions and would appreciate contact from Pawrade to see how all is going and if they need any other information from me.
