Other than my toy poodle puppy is the largest one I've ever had or ever seen, he is adorable and everyone has fallen in love with him. He is very smart, for only 3 months old, knows his new name and is learning not to jump up on people. The whole experience went extremely well and I highly recommend Pawrade to find you the perfect pet. He is in very good health and survived the journey in remarkable, clean and happy condition.

Contacted me a lot and were very friendly when was looking to purchase. It was harder to reach when there's an issue or question once the puppy was sold to me. I don't know if this was a glitch or typical, but it was confusing. Meanwhile, getting the receipt of the puppy once shipped was a nightmare. It was a very negative start to an experience that was supposed to be joyful. Hopefully things will go better moving forward.

This service was stupendous! The most important element was connecting me with a great puppy who has stolen all of our hearts! Communication is key in this kind of transaction. “Pawrade” was spot on in every aspect from finding him, sending updates and arranging travel by “Wags on Wheels.” Now let me take a moment to comment on the 2 young men who delivered my sweet puppy. This is a GREAT service and we all know that it hinges on the “front” people who actually hand you your precious cargo. They were delightful, professional and their communication prior to delivery was stellar! Purchase was fine, picked up my puppy and that was fine. This puppy does all his waste in his crate and I find that very unusual. We’re thinking that our boy was stuck in a crate for long periods of time. The ad says that the puppy was crate trained and that is definitely not the case

I am happy with the transactions, each team is cordial and helpful. I have been informed every step of the way. My puppy travel arrangements is better than I expected. American Airline provided helpful updates and convenient pick up. However, I am disappointed that my puppy is under weight; she is skinny to the bones and her right eyes looks abnormal rather a bright clear puppy eyes and look like she has not yet received any potty training. Other than that Khoe is cute and so sweet. No doubt, she is receiving unlimited love from us. Best, Nary

I purchased a teacup poodle at the beg of december. Once the purchase was completed the communication was amazing, i received all the instructions and details on how to welcome my puppy, what his diet was, when to reguster for the insurance, when to see the vet, how he could react after the flight, etc. When i called for precisions, the response was kind, helpful and everything was done to reassure me. When the puppy arrived, he was in great shape, full of life and very affectionate. I am very happy and highly recommend Pawrade.
We love our new puppy! He is sweet and smart! The kids really enjoy playing with him and teaching him tricks. We are very happy with the smooth process with Pawrade and Express Puppies!!
This is the second puppy I purchased through pawrade. It has been a wonderful experience from start to delivery. I have actually referred them to people interested in buying a puppy. Hopefully I won't have a need for a new puppy soon but you will be the company I deal with in the future!

Pawrade is a S C A M !!! I only put 5 stars in the hopes that it doesn’t get taken down. I can prove that my puppy came from a puppy mill in Missouri and never attended the vet for his final check up before coming to me. They promise a pampered ground option and promise that it’s a two person dedicated team to your pet. The van was jam packed full of puppy’s!
