I am totally pleased with the way my furry family member was presented to me, she was fluffy and smelling good. I highly recommend the "Nanny Service". I felt supported throughout the entire purchasing process, all the way to my doorstep. Customer Service is wonderful!!!

Overall, the service was very good... from discussions about my fur-bay of interest to its adoption. I didn't receive notification that he was not on the flight he should have been on and went to the airport only to have to return several hours later. I've since had good discussions with training concerns and good advice. Cheers, Lina

I adopted a sweet Toy Poodle through Pawrade. The transaction and the customer service was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a better way to get my baby boy. He is known as Abbot but he is now "Charlie". He is healthy, sweet and thriving. Thank you Pawrade for helping me with my sweet baby.
Serenity came from a wonderful breeder.I being 73 lady….. I had,Anxiety plus plus.Online shop. Kenny, my first contact was absolutely wonderful at calming and reassuring me.He acquired extra pictures and a video,that really helped a lot.Then I moved to the next lady who quickly changed, because she was going on holidays. Another lady,so I got back some anxiety, but was quickly calmed by a lady who stayed with me until the travel concierge. I was reassured,that she would be a toy poodle,and again more video was sent from the breeder,updated pictures,mom/dad also. Then she was handed over to Wags on Wheels on 25 March 2024. Wags and wheels, Jason, and Lem,were unbelievable. I had a GPS on their vehicle and updates on a regular basis. She arrived less than 24 hours after getting in the van,bathed.100% calm,with little or no affects of being in a van for 24 hours, definitely tells me what good care. Jason & Lem did a wonderful job of feeding her,changing her pad paper…Hugs

I had a lot of problems going through the process and needed help. I am not computer savvy so it was hard. At one time I was ready to call it quits and stop the whole process. I won't do this again. I hope I got the right dog, everything was labeled Raven and not Destiny. I also did not receive a rabies tag or certificate. The whole thing was very stressful. I think the puppy did better than both of us. If I could get my money back and give her back to me breeder I would, but I don't want to put her through flying again. She is a sweet little girl. You might want to check in to rabies tag for me. Sorry for all the negative comments , but I'm just telling the truth.

We were very happy to welcome Autumn into our home. She is beautiful and energetic and loves to cuddle. Autumn has already made her way into our hearts. We were very pleased with the Nanny, Jacob was pleasant and informative!

My experience with Pawrade was beyond fantastic. They communicated with me the whole way through, they worked with me on my payment plan, when it was time for my puppy to travel Pawrade prepared for my puppies trip home. I was able to watch my puppy from beginning of travel to end. That was the most exciting part. I couldn't sleep I was so excited to see him getting closer and closer to home. I just experienced a big loss in the family and Pawrade was able to accommodate me by moving payment plan to a better date while I was with family. It is a bitter sweet moment for me I may have lost someone very close to my heart but I also gained another love that I know will keep me happy and feel unconditional love everyday. I guarantee you that I will be using Pawrade for my 2nd baby when that time comes. The process was too easy and official the staff is on call and very kind. Thank you Dan, Karli concierge , and Austin my transporter for being there for me when I had questions. Pawrade is #1

What a great experience! From the very beginning Pawrade staff was very involved. They answered my questions quickly. I found my new fur baby in Missouri. The breeders were very friendly we meet up at a spot a little closer to where we were spending the night. They arrived early with our puppy. The process was amazing. I would definitely use pawrade and the same breeder again! Thank you so much!

Two stars because we love our puppy but the process was painful. I'm not sure if I just got unlucky, maybe it was the time of year, but the communication during this process was bad. It started with my concierge disappearing and I wasn't getting any responses. Finally I called in twice and found out my concierge had an emergency, but no one picked up my case while they were gone going into a holiday when communication would already be delayed. When my concierge did finally come back and resumed assisting me the following week, responses were short and I had to ask specific questions to receive full information regarding what was happening. They never acknowledged my request to ask the breeder for more photos of our puppy. The sky nanny service asked for a tip ON TOP of the exorbitant fee. Since delivery I've asked for the transfer of ownership document multiple times and still have not received it or any further communication. I would not recommend Pawrade to my friends or family.

Pawrade is very thorough on their follow-through with information on the whole puppy process. It's not cheap...but I love my new fur baby!

Though it required a lot of steps, the process of getting our toy poodle puppy [who used to be called Tiller; now, Bentley] was completed smoothly and fairly quickly. We received him on New Year's Day from Pawrade's puppy transporter, and he's an extremely cute, playful and healthy puppy (he had his first vet visit with us this morning, January 4). He was definitely worth the wait.

Great experience! The staff at Pawrade was very helpful and informative. The process was well coordinated.
One day I randomly google "Toy Poodle Puppies for Sale." First thing that popped up was Pawrade. The first puppy I saw I instantly fell in love with her knew she had to be mine! I was a little nervous in what I was getting mine into but I made sure to do my research before submitting my big purchase. Let me tell you the Pawrade staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Before submitting I was contacted by a puppy concierge she was absolutely the greatest. Made my decision easier to purchase my new fur baby. Throughout the entire process after I purchased my new fur baby, the travel concierge kept in contact with me always there to answer my questions, and my customer service liaison was there to make sure I was prepared for my new puppy. I decided to have my puppy ground transported to me, she was delivered right to my doorstep. The Puppy Wagon Staff were so sweet! They would call/text me with updates with my puppy. THANK YOU PAWRADE FOR THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE! :)
