All went smooth. Diane was most helpful during the purchase process. Brian is everything I wanted him to be and more. Not sure I would repeat how i picked him up. 3.5 hour flight each way, with 25 min in between flights to pick him up and jump back on return flight. Not sure why I received Numerous emails from Pawrade with the same message during the whole process. Thank you

The Pawrade process is convoluted and a pain in the neck for the purchaser. I've never had such a horrible experience. Who buys something expensive without seeing it in person? Anyone purchasing through Pawrade. Anything I would say about your company would be horrible. There are a few good people who are reassuring, but most of the staff, especially in the after sales department are inexplicably terrible to work with. I would never recommend you to anyone else!!!!

It was a very nice experience buying my puppy from Pawrade , every one that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and very helpful . The 2 men that delivered Imani to me sent me An app so I could track their location at all times. It was a great experience. Imani and I were meant for each other . I love her very much! Her new name is Bailey, she weighed 1 lb and 14 oz when she arrived and now weighs 2 lbs 7 oz. She is a bundle of joy. I would recommend Pawrade to every one!

I love my Primrose. I renamed her GiGi. She is adorable and quite a handful. She is glued me. I don't dare be out her sight for 30 seconds or she cries and comes pitter-patting to me to be picked up. When I am cleaning up the kitchen, she goes in the living room and sits on the floor right next to the recliner she and I always sit in. She plays on my lap for hours at a time. (It's a good thing I am retired) A real pleasant experience.

We picked up our new puppy on 1 Aug. She handled the flight from Kansas City fine. Seems very healthy, alert, very vocal about wanting out of the airline kennel. Ha! Cute as all get out. Got in to Vet. on 5 Aug. Vet said excellent condition. Getting along with current dog fine. All the folks at Pawrade took care of the transaction very well. Great communications and handling of details. Thanks to Carli and Reagean!

Pawrade's communication is terrible. When I would send a message it would take FOREVER to hear back from them…To the point where after 3-4 messages (and not hearing back) I would give up and call!!! My puppy came home LAST NIGHT and I just got an email check off list and Esign documents for PRE pickup!! Way to drop the ball. Although my puppy is adorable, PAWRADE is not a company I would recommend…unless you want to be frustrated throughout the process!!!!

We got our Toy Poodle puppy, Ruby, through Pawrade and I couldn't ask for a better experience. They took all the guess work out of getting a new puppy. We highly recommend Pawrade and will be telling our friends and family about our wonderful experience. Already looking at other puppies for the near future.

Our initial contact with Pawrade was very positive. Devin got us registered to purchase a female toy poodle without any problems. She provided all the information needed to start the transfer of ownership. Christie, our customer service advisor provided detailed information on everything we needed to do and purchase prior to getting our lovely little girl. The only hitch in the process was with our travel coordinator, Morgan. We never seemed to be able to carry on a full conversation to determine the details for the delivery of our puppy. Her text phone number was not able to receive messages and I was told to contact the main Pawrade number. They of course could only read what Morgan had sent them. The communication was not good. Thankfully the breeder herself, who was also frustrated, contacted me directly and we arranged a pickup time and place. I'm sure that Morgan is good at arranging travel arrangements via plane or nanny transports but we needed neither.

Carter passed away within about 30 hours of receiving him via transport. It has been emotionally very difficult for our family considering this is the second puppy who has passed away on us during this entire experience that was supposed to be enjoyable. I'm still working with the pawrade team to find an agreement on the next steps for our family. It's been very difficult. Kelli has been amazing working with us and I hope we can work With her to find a resolution.
