It wasn't as good as I hoped. everyone gave contact numbers, But never returned calls. However Morgan helps us and we did get our girl. We were to meet with breeder but that didn't happen, it was upsetting but final results we got our dog. Thank you

Communication with Pawrade was great. We had quite a few concerns this process was a bit sketchy, but they did their best to reassure us. We could have used a bit more reassurance throughout (and more follow through, a few of my requests were promised but never happened). Overall we got a healthy, upbeat and happy puppy who's adjusting better than we could have asked for.

We are so sad. He has been in the ER and has been suffering from giardia. He has been sick since hours after delivery. He has had anti nausea meds thru IV. IV fluids and lots of meds and special dog food. Not good at all. He also has a lump on his back right hip. It looks like a growth. We are so sad he is so sick and so so worried about the lump! He is under veterinary care. We will do everything we can for him!

The entire team that helped get her to us was so "WONDERFUL" from start to delivery to my door. I appreciate everyone involved . She has brought so much joy and laughter to our home . All in all this has been a fun filled journey. Got so far a really great little pooch. It was however not without a little apprehension. Worry about travel and the paperwork is a bit intimidating for an old person like me. That being said the consierg was most helpful in getting us thru a little worry A great experience so far!

We were so nervous about this process – choosing a long distance breeder, not meeting our pup, a carrier transportation system – but from regular health reports, to great customer service, to a trustworthy & transparent courier experience, we could not be more thrilled to have welcomed Matt (now Milo) to our home last night. He is great with people, our mom's pup, and is already following us around and falling asleep in our laps. Thank you Pawrade, it felt like a pretty bold leap, but we couldn't be more grateful for helping connect us with our perfect little man.

Finally received my puppy-love the dog very much and was really excited to get her. I will say the process of actually getting her was quite lengthy, my biggest complaint was lack of communication. I had to constantly follow up to obtain a status of what and where my dog was. Sometime would not hear back for several days. Dont know if I would recommend you to my friends other than I really love the puppy. So we will see

This isn't the puppy I ordered and what I paid for. She came extremely itchy with marks on her she has a vet appt tomorrow but I'm highly disappointed!

Please keep in mind, puppies change a lot in this early stage including some drastic changes like fur and eye color. We have also spoken with you and you were able to locate the microchip number in her paperwork. They were helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy and responsive to my questions in a timely manner. Thank you Renee for everything. Renee eased my fears about transportation. Shoutout to Mellisa from Williams Puppy Carrier for taking care of my puppy during transport. I would recommend the breeder if you are looking for a Puggle.
