I must admit I was a little skeptical of buying a dog online because of all of the horror stories I've heard of online scams. However, this process has been seamless. Great communication throughout with lots of of education and support. My puppy did great on the flight, which concerned me the most. I was assured he would be well taken care of and it's obvious he was. My puppy is already so well adjusted and appears to be crate trained as well at only 8 weeks. Overall, it was a very pleasant and easy experience.

Our family feels like we hit the jackpot with our new pup. Our 15 week-old mini schnauzer traveled well and let us welcome him with open arms. A little reserved the first few days but he got comfortable pretty quickly, letting us snuggle and love all over him. Didn't take long for him to reveal his playful personality. He is a smart boy and picks up on things very quickly. We waited a long time for our perfect dog and we couldn't love him more.

We are extremely happy with everything from out first phonecall with Sara, our zoom meeting with our new pup Maxwell and breeder, the communication throughout, to the great people that delivered him. Our new puppy is an absolute perfect fit with our family.

I had questions that were answered but not real rapidly and I asked for a phone call didn't really get to talk to anybody except once or twice during the whole process

Jacqueline, we are sorry to hear you felt our communication was lacking. I reviewed our call logs and see we actually spoke with you on the phone on 6 separate occasions after you purchased Nixon. Additionally, in our message center a total of 92 messages were sent/received between you and our customer care team. We're always looking for ways to improve, however in this instance we were always available for you any time you had questions. We are happy Nixon is happy and healthy as that is most important.

Absolutely incredible service to the beginning to the end , everyone keep me informed over the details, we are so in love with Zeus 'Enzo' , thank you all ! Little but little Zeus are getting comfortable with his new Family and his siblings 'the cats', but we are noticed already his big and goofy personality!!

I have found the love of my life. I was so scared that it could be a scam. Because I had found some of those. But EVERYTHING was Wonderful. We kept in touch the whole time. We drove to pick up our puppy Franklin in Indiana. I would highly recommend Paw Rade.

Every aspect of finding my new sweetheart puppy went smoothly. All questions were answered, advice was given and the puppy arrived right on time and was very well 'crated' with food and water. I wish I had a little more info, but in the end, I got the puppy I wanted. Many thanks to the women at Pawrade that made the whole process work out so well.
