I was not sure about purchasing a puppy online. I called another service first and did not feel comfortable. When I called Pawrade, Sara answered my call. Sara was so friendly & helpful she made me feel comfortable from the beginning and did not mind my daughter or myself calling her with questions about Destiny an adorable minature schnauzer. From the beginning of the process to the end, everyone we spoke with was friendly, helpful and kept us informed of the process. We opted for a travel nanny to fly with Destiny. Bill was awesome, he kept us updated throughout the journey and sent us pictures of Destiny between flights. The breeder sent food, medical documents and a hand written Thank You card. Destiny was well socialize, healthy, playful and loves to cuddle. Destiny's name is now Lily and she has been loved from the moment we met her. I would recommend Pawrade to anyone looking to adopt a puppy.

We have had a very pleasant experience with the purchase of our dog from Pawrade. We picked her up at the airport and she was clean and safe in a very nice travel crate. She had water and food in the crate and she was docile and calm considering her flight time and stopovers. She is everything Pawrade described her to be and we are blessed with the prettiest Black/Silver Miniature Schnauzer we have ever had, and she is the 5th one over the past 45 years or so. I have to say I was worried. But needless to say that not only was the process easy but fast. My fur baby arrived home safe and sound and not medicated asleep or anxious how I was imagining. He is such a lovely puppy full with love for my family and his now new fur sibling. I'm really happy and my Casper definitely is happy as well.

JoAnn and I were very happy with the service that PAWRADE provided, Dan was very helpful in setting us up with Lindsey so she could arrange transport for our fur kids. It took a little turn at that point, once payment was made for transportation we needed to attempt over and over to contact Lindsey for flight information. She was very difficult to get ahold of and obtain information from. Once travel was finalized and Riley and Holly were on their way, we again were disappointed upon their arrival. Both dogs were wet and cold and forced to lay in their urine and water for a period of 8 hours, on top of a 45 minute wait and ride from the American Airlines terminal to the American Airlines cargo area. Had JoAnn and I have known the conditions we'd have made different arrangements for them. It just seemed inhumane and apparent to us that the transport of these precious dogs should have been handled differently and with better care. Far to expensive for such poor conditions.

We loved working with Pawrade - they were fantastic every step of the way. Jennifer, Tina and the entire team was so responsive, knowledgeable, and overall amazing. We were definitely wary of dealing with someone on the internet when there was so much involved, but after some research, and contacting Jennifer, we were quickly convinced that they were the real deal. They dealt with only reputable breeders, and stood by their puppies and process - something I was able to confirm first hand when I picked up Admiral from the breeder directly. We ended up moving way faster than normal - ie found Admiral on Wednesday and picked him up that Friday - and throughout the journey, Jennifer, TIna & the Pawrade team were there for us (even letting us know who to call over the weekend if we needed anything). If you've found your puppy on Pawrade, or are looking for a puppy raised in an ethical way, don't hesitate - we are absolutely satisfied, and won't hesitate to recommend them!

I was so happy to see my healthy little guy. He is so adorable and smart. Although we have a little mess up for the schedule of pick up my boy. Other than that, everything is smooth and work. Thanks for the staffs with all the helpfully informations.
