Pawrade has been wonderful to work with. They are a safe and secure way of finding your fur babies! There are so many scams out there ready to take your money and run. Pawrade offers access to so many breeds, that you are almost guaranteed to find the pup of your dreams. The people you work with at Pawrade are very friendly, helpful and make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible.

So far so good. He seems to be adjusting nicely. He doesn't like the Nutra-Cal however. Started the house breaking, letting him go out numerous times.
At first I was afraid to buy from pawrade because of all the scammers out there and I was always told never to buy a dog online. I am really glad I didn't listen to them. Charlie was delivered yesterday evening happy and healthy. This place is definitely not a scam! They held my puppy for me so I could get a loan, everyone was super helpful, nice, and actually cared unlike a lot of other businesses that treat you like a number on a spread sheet reading. Thank you so much for all your help!
My first reaction is in response to the hands-on engagement from any and all representatives and the follow through. The constant contacts to clarify the process. Well pleased! Our little girl is a delight.
I am very happy with the process overall and how attentive the staff was before getting my puppy. Once I received the puppy all communication dropped off and everything regarding submitting a claim (for parasites) was made as difficult as possible and I was told it would take up to 90 days to get the reimbursement (probably only around $30) that comes with the "health guarantee." In reality there really doesn't seem to be a health guarantee, they are as stingy as possible and make the process as complicated as possible.

Everything was awesome. Got the Pup in the Pic ... breeders were a nice family in rural Indiana ... the support info from Pawrade was stellar and reminded me of a lot of things unwould have missed. Pawrades follow up ... concierge service... everything was awesome. And I love the little guy I got ... sweet... stubborn . Adorable ... he's already breaking hearts in my building

Pawrade was awesome!. They were extremely receptive to my calls and answered my questions promptly. Our new fur baby IGGY is perfect. He is loved and shows so much love to us. We used the transportation services and he arrive promptly and full of energy. Pawrade kept me informed of everything concerning our baby!! Thank you Pawrade for such an awesome service. I have referred all my friends looking for a new fur baby to the Pawrade site. Tom, Carli, Lois, Tina & Jade, all you guys were all awesome and worked well as a team. I have nothing but good to say about the entire process. All of the staff were so helpful, the breeder followed up by phone, The delivery staff was very attentive and the puppy arrived in great shape. I would highly recommend your company to anyone. Thank you for all that you do.
The whole process was smooth, at the beginning we were nervous because we never used Pawrade but it was easy and simple. Our puppy is healthy, beautiful, and full of energy. Everyone was in constant communication with us and give us support when needed. Pawrade has earned our trust.
