In the beginning, communication was consistent and there was a quick turnaround for responses which I thought was very professional. I thought I had one main point of contact to stay with me through this whole process but I've had a couple. Which is fine, but it seems like once the transaction was completed and the dog was delivered, getting a response on questions/my concerns to make sure I'm submitting the right items within those important 72 hours is delayed leaving me to feel a bit ghosted. I've called, left a message, and emailed. I never got a call back and I'm still waiting on a response via email if my vet wellness doc was received for the health guarantee.

OMG it's only been 1 week since my baby sheltie Mina was delivered. She is so precious and so smartly raised by the breeder. Everyone involved did a fantastic job especially Carli and the drivers bringing Mina here. Mina is the most perfect dog from the perfect company Pawrade. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I can't say how well your service is. After all my research hen my wife and I decided to get a new puppy, let me say our new Shellie is fabulous. However your service was very helpful and answered all our questions and were very helpful in navigating through the entire process. If there is any negativity was how long our pup had to endure traveling. Nothing bad about the dog transporting company, in fact Stephen the driver was nice and answered all our questions and did t rush the transfer. Other than that your service was awesome and will likely use again when we are ready to purchase our next dog. So thank you again for your service.

I know alot of people are looking at the cost which is high, but when you think about it and what it takes to get beautiful purebred it is worth!

Team was very professional. Easily accessible - phone/text/app. The only request unfulfilled was a video and/or pictures of our puppy within the litter. The pet insurance had opportunity for clarification. Difficult to understand a 'life' / 'vitality' insurance of the first 30 days and one year; compared to a health insurance program.
