I couldn't be happier with Jack (formerly Boomer). Jack is so cute and smart. Pawrade did fabulous job from answering my questions to getting Jack on the airplane. I know alot of people are looking at the cost which is high, but when you think about it and what it takes to get beautiful purebred it is worth!

Team was very professional. Easily accessible - phone/text/app. The only request unfulfilled was a video and/or pictures of our puppy within the litter. The pet insurance had opportunity for clarification. Difficult to understand a 'life' / 'vitality' insurance of the first 30 days and one year; compared to a health insurance program.
