Every aspect of getting my puppy went exactly as described up fro t, from purchase to delivery. Personnel were consistently informative as well as compassionate, reflecting the fact that getting a new puppy is not just buying a product. Puppy is everything they described and is healthy and happy.

Robert has been terrified since arriving here. He immediately peed in the corner of the house and is very lethargic, not eating much and very anti-social. He has an appt with Vet tomorrow for a check up - Praying he comes to life and isn't as scared as he has been. not sure how normal this is but as of now we are pretty unsure how this is going to work out. Maybe shipping a dog that far in a car isn't such a great idea. The drivers were very nice but the fact that he arrived so scared is concerning.

Parade are liars. Do NOT believe any of their breeders. I love my dog, don’t get me wrong. But I was told by Pawrade and my breeder at pickup that I was getting a mini sheltie. They put on their website that the parents, both of them, were 18 lbs full grown. My puppy is already 25 lbs at 5 weeks and projected 30-35 pounds. I was charged for a mini sheltie which is more expensive. DO NOT BELIVE THEIR LIES! I NEED TO WARD ON EVERY WEBSITE WITH MU COMMENTS ABOUT THEIRS LIES. I cannot live with my other half now cause I can’t travel with him as carryon and I’m not an evil owner and making him fly cargo. PAWRADE are liars and according to my lawyers misrepresenting in order to make money. RUN AWAY AS FAST AD YOU CAN!

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the gorgeous sweet blue Merle Sheltie that was delivered to me via pampered ground transport. Communication throughout the process was excellent. And I have a champion lined Sheltie who will be my forever love. Thank you so much! I was a a bit skeptical at first before buying, but my fears were unfounded and I couldn’t be happier!!!

Overall a really great experience and process. The only thing I wish they had done differently is explain how the delivery service worked better. I had assumed it was more of a direct trip, and it took my puppy 4 days and a trip half way around the country to get to me. I'm not sure I would have chosen that option had I known it could be 4 or 5 days of travel for a 8 week old puppy..

The delivery team called a few times Sunday with several delays due to storms and finally they arrived at 3:30 am! Needless to say but the pup is out like a light, which is where I should be. The transfer was clean and expedited. I'll get Kairo checked out when we both recover from lack of sleep. Must say communications with people have been very good.

Overall I think our transaction with Becky was very good.The Concierges overall were helpful,particularly Tara,and the transportation of our pup was handled well,not only by Pawrade but also the airline (American) that flew her to us.

We enjoyed working with Kira Albano, Carli Rivera, and Cindy Walter at Pawrade to bring our new Sheltie puppy home! Appreciated the prompt and professional communication with all three. Our experience with the breeder was also fantastic; she was very kind and helpful. We are thrilled with our new puppy, who is healthy, seems well socialized, and made the 9-hour drive home with us like a champ! Thank you to Pawrade for the great start to a long and happy life together!

In the beginning, communication was consistent and there was a quick turnaround for responses which I thought was very professional. I thought I had one main point of contact to stay with me through this whole process but I've had a couple. Which is fine, but it seems like once the transaction was completed and the dog was delivered, getting a response on questions/my concerns to make sure I'm submitting the right items within those important 72 hours is delayed leaving me to feel a bit ghosted. I've called, left a message, and emailed. I never got a call back and I'm still waiting on a response via email if my vet wellness doc was received for the health guarantee.

OMG it's only been 1 week since my baby sheltie Mina was delivered. She is so precious and so smartly raised by the breeder. Everyone involved did a fantastic job especially Carli and the drivers bringing Mina here. Mina is the most perfect dog from the perfect company Pawrade. I would highly recommend them to anyone. She has made me very very happy. I sure am glad I went with this company because they make sure of where puppies came from and what family they are going to.

I can't say how well your service is. After all my research hen my wife and I decided to get a new puppy, let me say our new Shellie is fabulous. However your service was very helpful and answered all our questions and were very helpful in navigating through the entire process. If there is any negativity was how long our pup had to endure traveling. Nothing bad about the dog transporting company, in fact Stephen the driver was nice and answered all our questions and did t rush the transfer. Other than that your service was awesome and will likely use again when we are ready to purchase our next dog. So thank you again for your service.
