Everyone was wonderful during this exciting process! Tina and the van folks gave us updates almost everyday and information on how to care for our new family member. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. My puppy is safe and sound in his new home and we are so pleased with the flight nanny for her patience and TLC. Our puppy had a little accident during his travel and she was able to get him all cleaned up, delivered him with a smile. We are also very happy with the breeder and appreciate the constant communication throughout this process. Thank you all soooo very much.

We LOVE Mocha! She is the cutest little ball of fur! She is super smart and loves attention! She gets into everything. Very curious little soul. Her favorite toy so far if an empty plastic water bottle that crumpled up and put in a sock.

Thanks so much for all your help! Buddy is doing great! He arrived on time yesterday and the carriers were fantastic! Buddy is exactly as you described him. I'm telling all my friends to look no further for a puppy. They need to go to Parade and will never be disappointed. Again, thanks so much for holding my hand through this process. You're the best people I have dealt with in a long time!!!! Pictures to follow when I can get Buddy to sit still long enough to take them.

Our puppy arrived today & we are thrilled. We named her Memory & had our vet check her upon arrival. Such a sweet little pup, very loving. Pawrade literally walked us through the process, as we were under a great deal of stress after recently losing our beloved 14 year old pup. The driver worked very hard to meet our deadlines & I must say that everyone was really nice to our family & showed the utmost professionalism. Thank you again for all of your help.

All went very well during the process. I received updates routinely. The communication during the delivery was not as good. I did not hear from the carrier the second and only when I asked. I was expecting daily updates. Then I was told 9:00 am eta on delivery day. At 9:20 I texted and asked where they were. I was told that 9:00 was an estimated time of arrival . When I asked when she would arrive she said two hours. I should have been notified that there was a significant delay. Having said that, I am thrilled with Mary. She is a very sweet little girl- happy , loving and doing very well on day two.

Maren, once your puppy was on board you received an initial call from the transporter giving you an estimated ETA. After that point, our drivers do not provide daily updates as they are focused on caring for the puppies and transporting them safely to their forever homes. We are delighted to know Mary is happy & healthy!

Champ is absolutely lovely! We did have some delays with delivery, but well worth the wait. He is a happy and so far healthy baby boy. The cost wasn't as transparent as I would have liked from the start, but still happy with the decision.

From the moment we saw Rayne's picture we fell in love and started the process. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end and all of our concerns and questions were answered. We chose to use an air career with a companion. It was perfect, Aaron the companion was amazing and kept us informed from the moment they left until arrival.
